    most youth hate Islam

From our source in the Iranian resiatance. G.

"There is hardly any religious fundamentalist left these days.
Only those who benefit directly form it ...like the Mullahs and their relatives or in the Arab world those who are really attached to Hezbollah...

The fact is that as the Mullahs in Iran have embarked in derailing the real Islamic tolerance and peace promised in its ideology and turned to fundamentalism, people get fed up: like in Iran..most youth hate Islam. They blame everything on Islam and the Arabs.

It is of course a misunderstanding, a predicament of what Khomienism has done in the whole region. Please do not under estimate Iranian mullahs. Although they are extremely fragile and weak in authority and have to exert extreme suppression to control the situation inside, and have to bribe their way even in the groups affiliated to them, but they are demagogues, mixing religion and polics. Which means you shall never find a specific trend or rhythm or any logical out come of a rhythmic politics. Khomeinism means , using religion to buy your way through with every means. The only language effective to them is FORCE."

Let the Dissidents Challenge the Jihadists

    By Walid Phares

    Counter Jihadists win

In contrast, findings show that the activities by counter-Jihadist Muslim groups and similar cadres are the leading factors to help resist the advance of radical mobilization. The equations I have tested for over twenty years are verifiable: every time Jihadists and counter-Jihadists engage in a battle of ideas, counter-Jihadists win. Every time Jihadists are alone on the scene, obviously, they win.

It is now imperative that a renewed debate about radicalization in Europe, particularly in light of an EU Czech Presidency for half a year, restructures the engagement process to include the democracy segments within Middle Eastern and Muslim communities on the continent. Czech and central European experience in dissidence-dynamics and counter totalitarian processes is a needed component in the wider European effort to contain the Salafist and Khomeinist ideological expansion.

"The Jihadists' Revolt Against Al Qaeda"

    By Andrew Cochran

On September 23, the Counterterrorism Foundation and New America Foundation held a live panel discussion on Capitol Hill with Peter Bergen, CTB Contributing Experts Evan Kohlmann and Paul Cruickshank, and guest commentator Maajid Nawaz to discuss "The Jihadists' Revolt Against Al Qaeda: Why Some of Al Qaeda’s Old Allies Have Turned Against It." You can view New America's video of that panel, and you can download a transcript, thanks to Assistant Newslink Editor Brett Wallace. Here are excerpts from the panel:

Peter Bergen: "There are two central fronts in the war on terror, Iraq and the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. What happened with Al Qaeda in Iraq, it was an assisted suicide, we helped their suicide and so did the Sunni awakening. They had five problems. First they have terrible leadership. Al Masri who runs AQI is not Zarqawi, Zawahiri or Osama Bin Laden, he is a bad leader. Second is organization. Third is ideological problems, they can’t make compromises. They also have made a lot of enemies such as the 1920’s Brigade. Many of the recruits that have come to Iraq are gone because they commit suicide. The fact that we have seen female suicide attacks is a sign of weakness, not strength.

We know what these groups are against but what are they for? There is no al Qaeda minister of employment, Al Qaeda school, or Al Qaeda social welfare organization. There is not a category of government they have said they are not against, Russia, China, the West, Israel, Shiites and so on. Because of this problem they can’t turn themselves into political movements."

Even Kohlmann: "Arguably over any other issue, the predominant topic of discussion, controversy—and often schism—within the Salafi-Jihadi discourse has revolved around the justifications for deliberately killing other Sunni Muslims, including both innocent civilians and competing mujahideen fighters.

Nowhere else has that debate become more evident and problematic for Salafi-Jihadi leaders than in Iraq, where the insurgency has recently undergone a series of fundamental shifts. First, a wide array of prominent Sunni insurgent factions—including the Islamic Army in Iraq (IAI), the 1920 Revolution Brigades, Iraqi Hamas, and Asaeb al-Iraq al-Jihadiya (to name just a few)—have become embroiled in bitter public feuds with Al-Qaida’s “Islamic State of Iraq” (ISI) over the latter’s aggressive insistence that all Sunni insurgent groups join together under the banner of the ISI. The combined impact of this has undeniably had a debilitating impact on the long-term political viability of Al-Qaida and the ISI."

    Iranian art boom - 2006-2008

Iranian art boom - 2006-2008: "progress report" [Aug 08]

In two years, Dubai has clearly affirmed itself on the global art market with the first edition of Art Dubai in 2007 - inviting some 30 galleries from around the globe - and with the establishment of both Christie's (2006) and Bonhams (2008) in the city. Since their arrival, the two action houses have been selling works by modern and contemporary artists from Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco, Lebanon and Iran and they have succeeded in fostering growing demand as well as significant price inflation. The Dubai prices represented his record.

Carried by the financial strength of the United Arab Emirates and the increasingly global reach of its national investors, Iranian artists are becoming increasingly popular among regional collectors.
For example, on the 31 October 2007 the Dubai office of Christie's sold works by Shirin NESHAT above the 100,000 dollars line for the first time. Shirin Neshat is the most well-known contemporary Iranian artist on the international scene and his works have been selling at auctions since 2000 in London and New York.

The best-known Iranian sculptor, Parviz TANAVOLI, aged 71, was in fact absent from the auction world until 2007. However, the success in Dubai in 2006 of the younger Iranian artist, Farhad Moshiri, appears to have had a considerable and belated knock-on effect on Tanavoli's market prices. His first works to appear at auction generated between 65,000 and 85,000 dollars (February 2007). In October of the same year the hammer fell at 280,000 dollars (Christie's Dubai) and in April 2008, he became the most expensive living Iranian artist when a unique piece he created in 1975 entitled The Wall (Oh Persepolis) fetched no less than 2.5 million dollars. The stele cast in bronze and standing nearly 2 metres high had been estimated by Christie's at 400 to 600 thousand dollars.

Like Shirin Neshat's work, the creations of Farhad MOSHIRI (aged 45 and born in the Iranian city of Shiraz) reflect both Iranian and Western culture. He studied art in California before returning to Teheran in 1991 where he has lived ever since. His works have been exhibited around the world including Rome, London, Berlin, New-York and Geneva. In 2003, his installation at the sixth Sharjah biennial entitled Golden Love super Deluxe attracted much comment: a collector's showcase containing mixed objects – bullets, mobile phones, cherubs and Walt Disney figurines – all coated with a fine layer of gold… an ironical transformation of diverse objects from the spheres of war, technology and popular culture into "precious items". Three years after the Biennial, Christie's in Dubai presented Moshiri's first canvas to appear at auction: a satellite view of Iran. The work sold for 40,000 dollars, four times the high-end estimate, and giving the artist a powerful start to his future auction momentum: collectors clearly have deep pockets for Moshiri. A year after that result, a satellite view of the world made of 95,000 Swarovski crystals demolished its original estimate of 60 to 80 thousand dollars when it sold for 500 thousand dollars! This rocketing success has continued in 2008 with a brilliant work using the same crystals and entitled, Eshgh (Love), which fetched 900,000 dollars last March at Bonhams Dubai.
The vitality of the Middle-Eastern market is giving a number of young Iranian artists a healthy price index on the secondary art market. The work of two Iranian women, Shirin ALIABADI and Shadi GHADIRIAN (born in 1973 and 1974 respectively), considers the contradictions that women face in Iran with humour. The Shadi Ghadirian's photos use the obsolete aesthetic of 19th century photography to show veiled women with contemporary objects. Her most famous piece, Stereo, sold for £9,000 (over $18,000) in 2007 (Sotheby's, London). In October 2007, Christie's Dubai generated a bid of 50,000 dollars for a painting by Afshin PIRHASHEMI (born 1974) entitled Those four Days. This was only his second auction appearance. Just a month earlier in Paris, Artcurial sold his painting Memory for 6,000 euros… In April 2008, one had to bid up to 110,000.00 dollars for his triptych untitled Lonely created in 2005 (Christie's Dubai).

    Iran wins again

Merkel's green light for $157m gas deal with Iran torpedoes sanctions.

German chancellor Angela Merkel blunted - in advance - the big-power drive for sanctions to punish Iran for its nuclear defiance. When Iranian nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili faced the US, European Union, the UK, France, Russia, Geneva and China in Geneva on July 19, he knew that their two-week ultimatum for Tehran’s answer to their incentives offer could be sidestepped with impunity.

The deal was approved a month before the German chancellor’s March stood up in the Knesset, promised to push for further sanctions against Iran and declared that Israel’s security was “nonnegotiable.”

WASHINGTON (AFP) - The United States on Friday reaffirmed a weekend deadline for Iran to answer an international offer to freeze its nuclear drive and warned of new sanctions if it rejects the package.

During a visit to Washington, Israel's deputy Prime Minister Shaul Mofaz warned meanwhile that Iran was playing for time in dealing with the world community and was heading for a "major breakthrough" in its nuclear capability.

The US State Department had been vague about the deadline for Iran to reply to the offer but narrowed it down on Friday.

"We want and we expect a response this weekend," the State Department's acting spokesman Gonzalo Gallegos told reporters. "They were given two weeks. The two weeks is up this weekend."

    Wednesday, July 23, 2008 - 12:03 PM,

Representatives from IDF Intelligence, Shin Bet, Mossad warn government global terror groups like al-Qaeda, which use civilian information technology to enlist, mobilizing operatives

Roni Sofer Published: 07.23.08, 19:23 / Israel News

Substantial threats to Israel, its citizens, and Jewish people all over the world exist from worldwide Jihad organizations, specifically al-Qaeda, intelligence reports discussed by the government's Security Cabinet on Wednesday stated.

    Growing Terror

Representatives from IDF Intelligence, the Shin Bet, and the Mossad said during the discussion that global Jihad constitutes a threat to all Western countries, democratic regimes, and moderate Arab nations. They also expressed fear that the worldwide organizations would develop cooperation with local extremist groups such as Hamas and Hizbullah.

The representatives also mentioned that the Jihad organizations' operatives make use of civilian infrastructures such as the internet and information technology in order to enlist and mobilize terror cells. Prime Minister Ehud Olmert directed the intelligence officials to continue their efforts in gathering information and thwarting the threats, through cooperation with other countries seeking to battle terrorism.

On Sunday Director of Military Intelligence Major-General Amos Yadlin told the cabinet that Israel's enemies have no interest in provoking any military conflict while US President George W. Bush is still in office.

The military, he warned, does believe a limited military campaign, which will probably not escalate into a full-fledged war, is possible.

Yadelin also surveyed the circumstances that could instigate terror attacks on Israel. "We have intelligence indicating terror activities are possible both on the northern and southern fronts. Hizbullah may choose to use one of their still disputed subjects, such as the Shaaba Farms or Imad Mugniyah's assassination," he told the cabinet.

As for the Iranian threat, Yadlin briefed the cabinet on the latest intelligence assessments, saying that Iran is forging ahead with its nuclear developments, despite the international community implementing some diplomatic and financial duress.

Syria, he said, is slowly by surely "escaping its international isolation, despite assisting Hizbullah. Damascus is taking several steps in order to get closer to the West, but is still very much a part of the axis of terror."

    Adm.Mullen convinced Iran seeks Nuke

Top US military chief is convinced Iranians seek atom bomb

    DEBKAfile Special Report

    July 20, 2008, 10:49 AM (GMT+02:00)

Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, told Fox News he is convinced the Iranians are seeking to building an atomic bomb, "a very destabilizing possibility in that part of the world." He stressed the US had the capacity and the reserves to attack Iran as a last resort

DEBKAfile's Washington sources stressed the special significance of Mullen's statement on Sunday, July 20. The night before, a senior Israeli security official said that if the US-Iranian talks failed, President Bush planned to use the three-month period between the November elections in America and his exit from the White House in January for an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities.

Saturday night, too, Israel's chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi arrived for a week's visit as the admiral's guest.

Mullen warned that while the US has the capacity and reserves for attacking Iran, there could be "possible unintended consequences" and an unpredictable regional impact from any attack on Iran – a hint at a dangerous backlash from a possible Israeli strike uncoordinated with the United States.

"I'm fighting two wars and I don't need a third one," said Mullen referring to Iraq and Afghanistan.

EU's Javier Solana with Iran's Saeed Jalili

The presence of America’s third-ranking diplomat William Burns elevated the talks between the five permanent UN Security Council members and Germany and Iran’s senior nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili begun in Geneva Saturday, July 19 to a more serious level. Ahead of the meeting, a senior official in Tehran restated that suspension was “out of the question.”

While Washington has stressed Burns is there to listen, not negotiate, DEBKAfile’s sources reported it will be clear to Iran that it has a chance to end its international isolation by accepting the incentives on offer to freeze uranium enrichment. This outcome would leave Israel out on a limb with the menaces posed directly by Iran and its allies, Syria, Hizballah and Hamas.

European Union executive Javier Solana, who staged the encounter, positioned the American official opposite the Iranian side to avoid a joint photograph.

On July 8, DEBKA-Net-Weekly and DEBKAfile’s analysts first disclosed the developments leading up to Washington’s decision to take part in the Geneva encounter. To read this report click HERE

    DEBKAfile Special Report

    June 30, 2008, 6:45 PM (GMT+02:00)

DEBKAfile’s Iranian sources report that an explosion Monday, June 30, at Bidganeh near the town of Shahriar 40 kilometers east of Tehran occurred at a military installation, not a civilian building as Tehran claimed.

At first, the Iranian authorities reported 15 people were killed, correcting this later to no casualties. The precise function of the targeted facility is not known. While Iran claimed the blast was caused by a gas leak, Western military sources are skeptical and believe the authorities are trying to cover up some sort of sabotage.

Evil, Satan, WEST: NOT: NUKE paradigm

Kuwaiti Columnist Denounces Anti-West Discourse in Middle East

In an article in the Kuwaiti English-language daily Arab Times, columnist Dr. Khaled Al-Janfawi denounced the anti-West discourse prevailing in the Middle East. He argued that this discourse, which promotes a distorted and biased image of the West, leads to hostility and extremism and is one of the roots of the culture of violence in the Middle East. He added that in order to promote tolerance and democracy in the Arab world, there was a need for school curricula that do not demonize the other but instead stress the importance of diversity and pluralism.

    Rest of the Story: SOURCE:

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

While Western science is desired even coveted in the Middle East, the Western culture is Demonized.

The demonization is an attempt to hold their cultural wall against change.

There are several natural forces working against their cultural wall.

You will note the small Green "arabic flag" at the top of all my posts.
It allows translation to Arabic of my posts, just click on it.

Google is an Engine of social change, their translation services offer communication

USA has over 100,000 troops in Theater, TRAIN THEM TO BLOG:
Potential 25,000 troop blogs, huge untrained asset, NOT DEPLOYED.
Military needs to view the WWW not as something to fear, but as a Information
    weapon in the GWOT.
Terroist have 6,000+ blogs, forums, Military could overwhelm them with
trained Bloggers, ( Rule sets, guidelines, oversight ) and stop fearing the Internet.
The risk in not using a Troop Bloggers, is far exceeded by allowing as-Sahab
    al qaeda's
media arm to win the information WAR, recruiting, propaganda,
suicide bombers, funding, sourcing independent cells.

"It is just plain embarrassing that al-Qaeda is better at communicating its message on the Internet than America," Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said in a speech in November."As one foreign diplomat asked a couple of years ago, 'How has one man in a cave managed to out-communicate the world's greatest communication society?' "

al Qaeda setting the Internet paradigm.

The air Force has the key Paradigm for WWW offensive capabilities,
and seem to be uncertain if they are up to the MISSION, ( Air Force takes 2 steps BACK )
while the Army has the force, capability to DOMINATE THE WWW INFORMATION WAR,
    and have rejected the mission
, instituting repressive rules and regs. effectively blocking troops from blogging. currently Army bloggers need approval and article review of 3 or 4 line officers
    to publish each post.

Paradigm problem: Military has problems recognizing new domains, and fears engaging the enemy on these new fields of battle, while al Qaeda only continues to exist; because they embrace and exploit the new domain. While the Western military fears the new domains.
And civilization is at risk, while al Qaeda dominates these domains, WWW and Info war. ( 6 mont

( We never fought there before, not our job, too risky, don't know how, nobody told us to fight there, ETC. )

    ..................................................

Back to the Point Middle Eastern demonization of USA.

While the Middle East fear change, American Culture is a force of its own, greater then the forces
of the Military in many ways.
American culture has very little "selling pressure", and a lot of "buying Pressure".
NO one likes to be sold but everyone likes to buy.
"Buying pressure" is internally generated by the buyer.
Cultures have minimal impact on this type of buying pressure.
Their cultural wall is doomed to crumble.
And the West will be un-demonized in time.

American style, movies, music transend most cultural barriers, and threaten change.
    Look at Cokc cola.

The West is NOT Satan. ( Read the Troop Blogs, ooppps they haven't been deployed )

In the long term American culture will un-demonize the West, but that takes time.
And in this time of non-state actors in the GWOT we may not have that time.

State actors with a religious bent towards state suicide are problematic.
WHY Iran will push the button

Iran nuke in 6 months? or sooner...

    http://media.npr.org/programs/morning/features/2006/nov/nuke/smsu2200.jpg

Mohamed ElBaradei assumes there are no secret production programs in Iran he doesn't know about. ( 6 months is VERY CLOSE, ) I think this is a risky assumption. G

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If It Wants To Produce Nuclear Weapons, Iran Would Have To "Leave The NPT, Expel The IAEA Inspectors, And... It Would Need At Least Six Months to One Year"

Mohamed ElBaradei: "If Iran wants to turn to the production of nuclear weapons, it must leave the NPT, expel the IAEA inspectors, and then it would need at least... Considering the number of centrifuges and the quantity of uranium Iran has..."

Interviewer: "How much time would it need?"

ElBaradei: "It would need at least six months to one year. Therefore, Iran will not be able to reach the point where we would wake up one morning to an Iran with a nuclear weapon."

Interviewer: "Excuse me, I would like to clarify this for our viewers. If Iran decides today to expel the IAEA from the country, it will need six months..."

ElBaradei: "Or one year, at least..."

Interviewer: "... to produce [nuclear] weapons?"

ElBaradei: "It would need this period to produce a weapon, and to obtain highly-enriched uranium in sufficient quantities for a single nuclear weapon." [...]

"A Military Strike [Against Iran] Would Be the Worst Thing Possible"

"In my view, a military strike would be the worst thing possible. It would turn the Middle East into a ball of fire."

Interviewer: "It would be worse than sanctions?"

ElBaradei: "Much worse, because a military strike would mean, first and foremost, that even if Iran does not produce nuclear weapons today, it would implement a so-called 'crash course,' or an accelerated plan to produce a nuclear weapon, with the agreement and blessing of all the Iranians – even the Iranians living in the West."

    [...]

Interviewer: "Dr. ElBaradei, what do the Iranian officials tell you when you confront them about the need for more transparency?"

ElBaradei: "They say there will be more transparency, but at the end of the day, I'd rather wait to see this transparency.

    [...]

"I always think of resigning in the event of a military strike."

Interviewer: "You will resign in the event that..."

ElBaradei: "If military force is used, I would conclude that there is no mechanism left for me to defend."

Interviewer: "This is a threat directed at the Americans – if you strike, I will resign."

ElBaradei: "I am not doing this for material profit. If I was working in the private sector, I would... I am doing this out of the conviction that I am defending shared values. If we deviate from these shared values..."

Interviewer: "So there is no justification for an attack..."

"There Will Be No Point in My Continuing My Work If Military Force Is Used"

ElBaradei: "The day I believe that the international system has begun to collapse is the day I will resign."

    [...]

Interviewer: "If the world reaches a consensus that there is no solution but to attack Iran, would you still resign? What if Europe, America, and the entire West agree that the only resolution is a military one?"

ElBaradei: "I don't think that what we are seeing today in Iran poses a clear, imminent, and immediate danger."

Interviewer: "But in a year or two, it could become..."

ElBaradei: "If this happens, it will be a different story, but if a military strike is launched against Iran now, in my opinion, I will have no choice but to..."

Interviewer: "So there is no justification for a strike against Iran today."

ElBaradei: "None whatsoever. There will be no point in my continuing my work if military force is used at present."

Does the world wait to fight a nuclear Iran?

How Iran would retaliate if it comes to war.

I've been reading a lot on the web about how Iran migh retaliate,
Secret cells, Rockets, suicide squads etc. Iran 4 front missile comand.

But one is for sure if the attack on Iran is timed right
the retaliation will NOT be nuclear.

    The Paradigm is clear.

Iran is currently exporting terrorism, Iraq, Afghan, Paki and Palistine and Gaza.
    Palestinian TERROR GROUPS

Question is do we confront them before they have a nuke or after?

Iran has demonstrated its ability to strike in unconventional ways, 5GW.
State suicide, nuclear bomb, to bring on the Mahdi.
illusion of deniability ( al Qaeda )

Does the world want to deal with Iran's unconventional ways, before or after they get a nuke?

If they get a Nuke it is a huge force multiplier, and they have convinced me they will use it
for both political and religious reasons ( Iran will push the button ), and the very best scenario is they only use it as a threat to bend Middle eastern countries to their will, blackmail.
    Persians SKUNK Arabs

The Iranian paradigm is targeting Israel, they have the religious conviction and mandate to use
a nuke, and see a heavemly reward for doing so. And a nuclear suicide attack is not out of their preview.

    Iran's intentions are clear.

Question becomes are they allowed to execute their plan, or disrupt it before they are ready to execute.

Fight a Nuclear Iran or fight a non-nuclear Iran?

The choice is ours. Their intentions have been demonstrated in their actions, in Iraq, Syria, Afghan, Paki, Palestine, Gaza.

Their religious convictions have been publicly stated.

They have admitted their intentions towards Israel.

There is going to be a fight on Iran's terms or on the Worlds terms.

    I chose a non-nuclear Iran.

What will be G. Bush's legacy?

Israeli military preps for Iran's nuke plant STRIKE

Tehran skyline with Milad Tower in the background.Image via WikipediaUS military officials say that a major Israeli military exercise conducted two weeks ago appeared to be a rehearsal for an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, according to a New York Times report.

The Times writes that the exercise took place during the first week of June, and was so large as to be nearly guaranteed to be detected by US and other foreign observers, including Iran itself.

More than 100 Israeli F-16 and F-15 fighters participated in the maneuvers, which were carried out over the eastern Mediterranean and over Greece during the first week of June, American officials said.

The exercise also included Israeli helicopters that could be used to rescue downed pilots. The helicopters and refueling tankers flew more than 900 miles, which is about the same distance between Israel and Iran's uranium enrichment plant at Natanz, American officials said.

A Pentagon official, speaking anonymously due to the sensitivity of the issue, told the Times that the high profile of the exercise was not an accident. Rather, it was one of Israel's two intended goals for undergoing the rehearsal.

One Israeli goal, the Pentagon official said, was to practice flight tactics, aerial refueling and all other details of a possible strike against Iran's nuclear installations and its long-range conventional missiles.

A second, the official said, was to send a clear message to the United States and other countries that Israel was prepared to act militarily if diplomatic efforts to stop Iran from producing bomb-grade uranium continued to falter.

    Adventure Travel

Avian Influenza Incidence Tracking Map, February 27th, 2006: 45 Countries Have Bird Flu.Image by Quiplash! via FlickrYet, despite dire official pronouncements and travel sanctions, a brave few are venturing where no man has gone before. Why not romp through the poppy fields of Afghanistan? Play golf on dirt-and-oil "browns", fly kites, check what's left of the Bamiyan Buddhas, and dodge rocket-propelled grenades.

Wild Frontiers (www.wildfrontiers.co.uk) is one outfit that can get you there to "follow in the footsteps of Marco Polo" and Alexander the Great, if not Gulbuddin Hekmatyar. ( a good friend of MR.Laden, probaly knows where biny is, G ) Don't fret about car bombs. Travel is by donkey.

Iraq Tours (www.iraqtours.net) offers a picture of a fighter jet taking off on its home page with the caption, "Enjoy a wide variety of sightseeing tours in Iraq." Among the places you might wish to visit is the fortified Green Zone, also referred to as Little Venice on account of the numerous waterways criss-crossing the area between the palatial homes once occupied by Saddam's family. As in Venice you might get that sinking feeling but this is perhaps the safest spot in the country. One of the largest and biggest spending international tour groups – the US Army – is based here. And boy they're having fun.

Iraq Kurdistan Tourism (www.tourismkurdistan.com) is seeking capital, ideas and travellers to leverage its mountain views, rivers, idyllic sheep farms, and relative peace from Kirkuk and Erbil to Mosul. Taking a leaf from the US, the Turkish Army was among the first to respond. It conducted long hikes, took pictures and let off fireworks. The overjoyed local population threw up its hands in welcome and ran, in the opposite direction.

If all this does not slake your curiosity, what about Palestine (www.visit-palestine.com)? The tourism department is promoting trips to places like Bethlehem, Jerusalem, Jericho, Nablus, the Dead Sea and Gaza. Roll about in Dead Sea mud without paying a penny, or visit historic Gaza for a crash weight-loss programme involving a scientifically calibrated zero-calorie diet – courtesy Israel – and lots of walks. Everyone walks. There's no petrol. This is how the other half live their healthy, well exercised lives. It's time people around the world had a chance to enjoy all this. Perhaps one day I'll get you to Mars. – www.SmartTravelAsia.com

    Iran's Secret WAR plans.

While on a virtual picnic on the WWW one of Company "C" troopers ran into ayatollah Farehd.
And with her best charming virtual personalty got him to explain the Khamemini's secret war plans.
    this is what he said:

I am on the Iranian council, of Khamenei, ( his hat Was charming. )

I believe the Americans are a paper tiger. After all, we held Americans hostage for a year, have warred against them in Iraq, and done other stuff with no consequences meaningful to us.

I have lots of assets. I have a recently developed nuke, and means of delivery. I have Hezbollah, thus control Lebanon, an alliance with AQ, and relations with Hamas and Fatah as well. Have the ability to attack in Iraq and Afghanistan. My ally Syria has many of the missing weapons of Saddam. Iran 4 front missile comand.

I or my allies have agents in the US, Britain, and throughout Europe, in India, and worldwide. These agents have identified targets, and are ready to move. Probably have agents inside Israel, also ready.

I have alliances of a sort with Venezuela and North Korea. Though most Arab countries don't like me much, they like me better than the US and Israel, and we have important interests in common. I know things about them the west doesn't know. Plus I can intimidate them with my nukes.

Persians invented chess. So the plan includes surprise, misdirection and distraction. My pieces are in place, but timing is a question.

Even if US is a paper tiger, I want to act when US is weakest and most confused. Lame duck president is known to be aggressive, still capable of action. If I believe McCain is likely, November/December will be attractive. If Obama is likely, after January may be better. If I'm uncertain of being able to accurately gauge election probability, then right after a setback for Bush may be best. Considering experts in the US can't predict election results, the last may appeal most. Don't want to lose a window of opportunity.

The Supreme Court decision re Guantanamo, or something similar, might suffice as a setback for Bush.

    Other factors re timing:

Wait: My weapons may need more testing/development. US displays increased aggression re Pakistan. AQ is not quite ready in Palestine. Recent attention to weapons I shipped to Hezbollah. If the nuke is ready, others factors are not too important.

Move ASAP: Political rebellion in Iran, supported by US, adds pressure to move when able. US gains in Iraq and Afghanistan. Turkey acts against terrorism. US distracted by major floods and election hoopla. I see most US alliances as weak right now. Israel ruler weakened, act before he is replaced.

Goal: wipe out Israel, humiliate the US, establish Iran as a power, and manipulate God into bringing the Mahdi now and making Islam supreme. This last makes sense to me, seems a reasonable undertaking. We have personal suicide bombing now the world will see State suicide
nuclear bomb, to bring on the Mahdi.

    My scenario:

Ally Syria distracts Israel with negotiations, the Golan issue appears plausible, provides potential hostages. Egypt negotiates re Hamas, may not relate to me, but I don't mind, muddies the water.

Hamas lures Israel military into Gaza.

Once Israel is committed in Gaza, make a big political stink in the UN, rouse the ME street. At the same time, Venezuela and N. Korea make some waves, create a ruckus.Palestinian TERROR GROUPS

I plan to deter and dismay the US by a rapid succession of surprises: terror attacks on US homeland and ally Britain, attacks in India, and elsewhere. Particular focus on European attacks to defuse NATO. Iran's pay-for-performance ... Coordinated attacks in Iraq & Afghanistan using not only expected insurgents and techniques, but infiltrated agents. May use Saddam's weapons, might even threaten Baghdad with a nuke, play on Western humanitarian weakness. Hezbollah's Cyber attacks, disrupt communication. The longer it takes the US to assess the intent of the attacks, the more likely success.

I nuke Israel. Their retaliation will be confused, and my facilities are hardened. I have missile defense. Iran will push the button

Agents in Israel take control of possible assets, hostages, engage in terror strikes. Hezbollah attacks, Hamas uses advanced weapons I have supplied. Syria moves in. What Iranian forces can be spared from Iraq move in. I hope that Egypt and other Arab countries that hate Israel jump in, I have some influence in those countries. Persians SKUNK Arabs. My prediction is that once they see I meant what I said, they will be reluctant to defy the new regional power, and at the minimum will not interfere. My nuke will be influential.

A weapon is meaningless if its possessor is unwilling to use it. I believe the US will not use nukes at all - too timid and concerned about approval of world community. Israel might in retaliation, but not in initial attack. I believe I can prevent, withstand, or deter Israel's retaliation. I'm not concerned about the people of Iran, they exist to support the Islamic Revolution. Thus once I use my nukes, mine are more powerful than those belonging to the unwilling.

If I can envelope and seriously menace Israel fast enough,
Israel itself will be hostage against the US. Only rapid overwhelming force against Iran could stop me. I can then destroy Israel, while promising not to and engaging in diplomacy. Europe, and probably the US, will dither. China and Russia will only pretend to care.

Speed is essential. However if the attack on Israel is not successful within a couple days, need to be able to maintain the illusion of deniability ( al Qaeda ) and Hamas attacks to allow needed time to destroy Israel. Must maintain power of public opinion to hamstring action.

Once the US engages in defense of Israel, events become unpredictable, other countries including Russia and China engage, and the situation goes out of control. I can threaten the US and Europe that I still have agents in place for more terror attacks. I trust to my political skills to ride the tide of events, and hopefully the Mahdi will take charge then. Islam and sharia will reign.

    Ayatollah Farehd
