    War with N Korea

N Korea has been running bombastic
threats recently towards S Korea and
    USA.

North Korea's state-run media reported the "state of war" declaration in a statement attributed to all government agencies and released a day after mass rallies were conducted in Pyongyang with demonstrators chanting "death to US imperialists".

"As of now, inter-Korea relations enter a state of war and all matters between the two Koreas will be handled according to wartime protocol," the statement said.
    http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/world/pyongyang-shifts-to-war-footing/story-e6frg6so-1226609423464

    Historically they  commit some provocation
on holidays, Easter Sunday will find S Korea
    and USA on high alert.

But this time its different, in the past S Korea
has just endured these attacks, this time I
expect USA and S Korea will react.

Their justified self defense runs the risk
N Korea will escalate the attacks leading
to the possibility of a war.

Kim Jong-un is surrounded  by "Yes men"
who may be making false assurances about
    N Korea's Military might.

    Kim Jong-un grew up with N Korea's
propaganda and his fathers bravado and
false stories about N Korea's military
strength. So he may actually believe
N Korea can take on S Korea and USA
    and win.

He might actually believe his maps
    showing attacks on America's East
    and West coasts.

A hard hit on N Korea might actually
work bringing Kim Jong-un up to
speed on reality and send a clear
    message to Iran.

I would expect any large escalation
to take out his nuclear plants.
    Which neither Russia or China
    would mind.

Another option if they can take out
    Kim Jong-un regime would be
to give N Korea to China, they
would get a buffer zone and cheap
labor and the people would be much
    better off.
And USA wouldn't get stuck with
the cost of rebuilding N Korea,
    or any policing activities.

    This maybe a very interesting
    EASTER.

Smell test FAIL; US trooper charged W/ WMD

Eric Harroun's arrest for WMD doesn't meet
the smell test on several levels.
    http://www.cnn.com/2013/03/28/justice/former-soldier-charged/index.html

If he was in fact fighting with al quada WHY
    didn't they take him hostage?

He was fighting Assad's forces with US
    allys.

He fired an RPG and US classifies that as
    a WMD.

How is that different than Blackwater troops
    fighting with US allys?

Under this law the "Flying Tigers" of
WWII fame would have been arrested also.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flying_Tigers

I understand US Mil doesn't want US
citizens where they could be taken hostage,
and US might have to pay huge ransoms.

But this is over kill, he could get the death
    penalty under this law.

Its this kind of action that gives America a
bad name, its two faced and abuse of process.
He shot down an Assad Chopper, he should
get a medal, and charged with an appropriate
offense, not a death penalty case.

His father views this as a joke, which the
FBI will dissuade him of in due time.
His charges are serious and dangerous
and feels like an abuse of power by DOJ.

    Our prayers are with him.
Hope the US justice system can save him.

    SOMEONE START A DEFENSE FUND
FOR HIM, HE IS GOING TO NEED IT.

WHERE IS ACLU WHEN YOU NEED THEM.

WWW backbone under heavy DDos attack.

WWW backbone under heavy DDos attack.

    You getting:
"can't find the server at..." or "DNS look-up failed"
Attack seems heaviest at night after 3:00 am EST
Internet backbones ("tier 1 service providers") are being
overwhelmed by this on going DDos attack, DDos attack
on WWW, 300 gigabits per second, just the beginning.

At times it has been reported to be as large as 300
gigabits per second. Traditionally even large botnets are
only able to deliver hundreds of megabits or a few gigabits
    per second.

We estimate they are using 150,000 mis-configured
DNS servers, there are 21 million mis-configured DNS
servers vulnerable and available for ANYONE.
    This maybe just the beginning.

Details of how the attack works.

    Who is doing this?

It should be a capital offense for anyone taking the WWW down,
    DEATH PENALTY.
Loss of the WWW can result in deaths of innocent, hospitals,
911 calls, emergency services are all routed through the WWW.
    Its an act of war.
    Where are the wet teams?

We warned of this in 2007.
    Cyber Pearl harbor.
