    Expecting coup in Guinea.

    Expecting coup in Guinea.

President Moussa "Dadis" Camara was flown to
    Morocco for medical treatment,
with a bullet wound to his head.

"Morocco's official news agency reported Friday afternoon that Camara had arrived in Rabat to seek medical treatment. A statement from the Foreign Ministry said he was being allowed in for "strictly humanitarian considerations."

Guinea's government had said earlier that Camara was shot Thursday by Abubakar "Toumba" Diakite, who commands the presidential guard. A rift had opened between the two following a September massacre during which human rights groups say presidential guard members killed at least 157 unarmed civilians at a pro-democracy rally."

The 45-year-old Camara was shot while at a military camp housing hundreds of men under Toumba's control, Cherif said. Camara had driven to Camp Koundara to confront Toumba after Toumba went to a downtown police station and released officers that were loyal to him but whom Camara had ordered arrested, said Cherif.

Cherif declined to say how many people had been arrested in the ongoing investigation. He confirmed that Toumba was still at large along with a contingent of his men. Members of the junta, including Toumba, are believed to lead private armies that are faithful only to them.

Thursday's attack underscored the deep divide inside the military clique that grabbed control of Guinea last December following the death of the country's longtime dictator, Lansana Conte. Camara had initially promised to quickly organize elections, but then reversed course and began hinting that he planned to run for office, prompting a massive protest Sept. 28.

Toumba is accused of having led the presidential guard that opened fire on the peaceful demonstrators, who had gathered inside the capital's national stadium. Human rights groups say at least 157 people were killed and dozens of women were raped by the red beret-wearing presidential guard who also assaulted them with bayonets, rifle butts and with pieces of wood. The government put the death toll at 57.

At least 20 women were kidnapped and driven away in military trucks to private villas where they were drugged and videotaped while they were being gang-raped over several days, according to three survivors as well as several human rights groups. The government has denied all wrongdoing and blamed opposition leaders for going ahead with a banned protest.

The massacre led the European Union and the African Union to impose sanctions on Guinea, including on top members of the junta, who are now the subject of a travel ban. Sources inside the military say that it deeply aggravated divisions that were already present and has led to the clique fracturing further.

Obama's Afghan Strategy, We got it.

    Chart of the plan, below.

Obama's Afghan Strategy, We got it.
By Gerald Internet Anthropologist Think Tank

    Prelim look:

The senior U.S. officer in Logar, Army Lt. Col. Thomas Gukeisen, tells Voice of America that he does not have enough soldiers to control all of the province, even with the help of the Afghan National Army (ANA) and the Afghan National Police (ANP). Instead, he uses the troops that he has to occupy the most cooperative villages, and turn them into examples for neighboring villages to follow. The troops provide a security bubble for reconstruction projects in the targeted communities. "Outside of that bubble, you create dislocated envy," said Colonel Gukeisen. "You have people outside - the elders and children - say well how come my school wasn't fixed. For instance, one village, Shamazar, came forward and said we want this. We said, 'Well, you've had 18 IEDs in your village and outside your village. We know you know who's doing it. You're not telling us.'" The idea is for the Afghan communities to police themselves, in order to qualify for reconstruction projects. The aim is to extend security beyond the U.S.-controlled villages. One of Colonel Gukeisen's platoons met recently with farmers in Ibed. "We're conducting agricultural and veterinary surveys for locals in the village of Ibed, outside the security bubble, in hopes of enticing some farmers to come to the district center - and, if they do, it will give us a chance to show that these are services that ourselves in conjunction with the ANA can provide to them. Hopefully we can turn them into a pro-coalition village," explained Army 1st Lieutenant Sean Mahard.

They called their approach, the "ink-spot" strategy.

    Thomas P.M. Barnett's Take on Obama's strategy,
    its scary...

But in practical terms, his plan is not, because it won't really secure Afghanistan — given our multiple bankruptcies, we can't afford to. Can I offer a better way out? I can only offer a frightening array of potential counterparties to the proposed settlement...

...our enemies in Afghanistan aren't backed up by an opposing superpower. Indeed, the rising great powers of the region (China, India, Turkey, Russia, Iran) all have strong vested interests in our success.

The reason why Obama neglects to mention any regional interests Pakistan's? Admitting the larger logic of regionalization would make too painfully obvious the nature of our current strategic bankruptcy. Because it would suggest that the only "victory" to be found would be "won" by those neighboring powers who did nothing to stabilize the situation. In other words, their "treasure" and our "blood."

( The flip side of Tom's argument is that China is buying
USA debt paper, bonds, and in fact is paying for part of this
Afpak operation, by supporting the US economy G. )

    The Federal Reserve is Suspect:

    The Federal Reserve is Suspect:
By Gerald Internet Anthropologist Think Tank

Paradigm Intel on the Federal Reserve Corp.
The Federal Reserve is a Corporation.
Ben S. Bernanke is the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Its members, stockholders are the national banks
    of the USA.

Now the Federal Reserve Corporation web site is misleading and
less than honest by errors of omission. They do not say
they are a corporation, and give the impression they
are an independent part of the Government.
They are not part of the Government.
Congress gets a report from the Fed twice a year.
And Congress can change the laws the Federal Reserve
    operates under.

These same banks that ran the toxic paper sub-prime
paper scam are the stock holders of the Federal Reserve.
The stock holders of the Federal Reserve brought
    about the current world depression. ( I ain't over yet. G )

The same Banks engaging in criminal mafia type interest
rates on credit cards 30% and payday loans, 402%.
The FBI used to put the Mafia in prison for charging
    that kind of Interest rates.

The Federal Reserve Corporation is charged with duties
    of protecting the consumer.
And they have been a complete failure in that
regard. Congress is looking to give Consumer Protection
to a new agency, taking it away from the Federal Reserve.

The Federal Reserve Corporation gave the Banks, their stock holders
$2.4 trillion dollars, in the liquidly scare the same Banks caused.
The Federal Reserve gave the National Banks $2.4 Trillion Dollars.
To bail them out from the sub-prime debacle the banks created.
With out approval from any body. Not even Congress.
More than twice as much as for the new Health Bill.

Now on CNBC or CNN I heard the war cost for Afghanstan was
about a Trillion dollars for 10 years.

And the Federal Reserve just gave the Banks, their stock holders
enough money to run the Afghan war for 24 more years.
    No strings attached, no reporting.

The Rederal Reserve Corporation said the Banks,
the Federal Reserve stock holders were too big to break up. Hmmm.

    And:
And they allow the Criminal National Banks to carry the toxic
sub-prime paper on their books at 100% of value.
When the real vlue may be as little as 30%.

The banks are allowed in effect to cary two sets of books,
one showing the sub-prime paper at 100% of value.
And another set of secret books NO ONE sees with the
true value on the balance sheets.

20% of the total National Debt was cause by these banks,
20% of the total National Debt was paid to these National
Banks by the Federal Reserve. $2.4 trillion.
    National Debt is 12 Trillion.

Did the Fed have to pay this money to the Banks to stop
a meltdown in the credit markets? Maybe.
The Banks stopped lending to each other because no body
knew the real value of the other banks the bank was going to
lend to, hense the credit crunch. Two sets of books.

The Banks Credit Card Cos, pioneered the American consumer
paradigm away form "The customer is always right" and steered
it to " How much can the Banks legally screw the customer".

American National banks have been involved in a criminal conspiracy
to rob the American people , Mafia interest rates, scam sub-prime
paper, even changed the Bankruptcy laws so the could make bad
loans to consumers and collect from that consumers life time
income stream or from the estate when they DIE.

These are the same criminals that are the stockholders of the
Federal Reserve, Ben S. Bernanke is their chairman.

If the Banks are a criminal enterprise is the Chairman of their
    Corporation criminal?

Additionally no law or regulation has yet been passed to prevent
the Banks from pulling another sub-prime paper scam.

So much for the Federal Reserve working for the people as
an independent branch of the Government, BS.

    Padadigm grinding in Iran

    Padadigm grinding in Iran

By Gerald Internet Anthropologist Think Tank

    WOW eye opener:

The eye orbit view from the other, Iranians.

By Yasaman Baji in Tehran (MR No. 14, 26-Oct-09)

Despite public’s relatively positive outlook towards America...conversation from taxis to family or intellectual gatherings: what is the American position regarding the protest movement? Does the US support the protest movement or does it not care? How will it deal with a government that speaks loudly against the US and yet seems very eager to strike a deal?

Pretty much everyone cares about relations with America and this sensitivity has heightened in the past few months even if opinions vary. Some think the US has the power to decide the survival or continuation of the regime...

For some of those who are unhappy with the current government, the talks evoke memories of the 1953 CIA-led coup which brought back to power an undemocratic government and then helped that government consolidate power for the next 25 years.

“America is following her own interests and for her it doesn’t make any difference who is in power. The current government [in Iran] that appears anti-American is willing to do any deal to save itself from its current difficulties and this is not to Iran’s benefit.

“We expected the United States government and particularly [President Barack] Obama, who claims to support democracy and human rights, to appreciate Iran’s democratic protest movement and not to recognise a government that has run roughshod over the rules by engaging in dialogue.”

“With this action America has proved that there is no difference between the Bush and Obama administrations and all the claims of democracy and human rights are empty, merely slogans.”

“The reality is that the United States has a problem in Afghanistan and one of the ways to solve the Afghan crisis is to talk to Iran. Iran has also been showing interest in talks for while, almost since the early days of the Islamic Republic.”

“This is not a suitable time for talks. Serious protests against the government have begun in society and people say that the United States was looking for a weak government like the current one to talk to since it can exact more concessions from it.

People look around at Iran’s position today and conclude that they want a resolution of its 30-year America problem. They just don’t want the talks to be conducted by someone they do not consider to represent their views.

Yasaman Baji is the pseudonym of a journalist in Tehran.
    XXXXXXXXXXXXX

No mention of attack on Iran's nuke materials?
And I think they are right, USA would sell the protesters down
the river if they thought it would get rid of Iran's Nukes.

    Some interesting points mentioned.
Things the 'other' sees never even showed up in OSINT
    even as a consideration.

The "All options on the Table" never got through to the
    civilians, SCARY.

Some polls on these concepts would help adjust the
    current paradigm.

Iran doesn't think they will be attacked if his reporting
    IS representative.

I don't see the percentage if he is an Iranian regime shill...

    "Transmitted text not received" ?

    Follow UP:

On a grainy undercover videotape recorded in a hotel room in Tbilisi, Georgia, an Iranian arms merchant chats with two Philadelphia salesmen who have brought samples of their military wares.

The merchant, Amir Hossein Ardebili, who has flown from Tehran to make a deal, patiently answers the Americans' questions. The radar microchips? Needed for antimissile protection. The sophisticated computers? Essential to "launch the F-4" fighter.

All of it, he says flatly, is destined for the Iranian military "because they think the war is coming." Against the United States.

    Shutting Down Cyber Jihad

    Shutting Down Cyber Jihad:

By Gerald Internet Anthropologist Think Tank

    Middle East Media Research Institute
    asks an important question.

"Is Shutting Down Cyber Jihad Possible?"

Memri poses the question in terms of shutting down Jihad websites. And lists key sites.

At one time we had a list of over 1,000 terrorist web sites,
covering over 10 million web pages., by Googles count indexing web pages.

    They are gone.

    But to what effect?

this from Cannoneer no. 4:"Self-radicalization without Jihadi videos is like self-gratification without porn. Pictures get you their quicker."

( youtube is a major contributor to jahidie recruiting. )

The Jihad web sites are incubators for recruiting, training, and bastardization of Islam.

Youtube stores the videos and provides bandwidth for the terrorist to broadcast their

propaganda lies on Jahidie web sites.

( I know I make a lot of spelling errors, "Jahide" isn't a spelling error.

Jihad is a legitimate Islamic quest, so I differentiate between legit Jihad and the

terrorist form of bastardization of the Jihad , with different spellings, I bastardize

the spelling of Jihad to Jahid just as the terrorist bastardize the function of Jihad

for the promotion of Bin Laden's Psychotic personality cult. G )

Taking out all the public terrorist web sites is desirable.

It drives them underground, away from public eyes,

cuts down on public recruiting and the propaganda

    lies.

Internet Anthropologist Think Tank: Bin Laden the LIAR

And its not hard to trace and track the secret underground terrorist sites.

Some of you might remember the "Infovlad forum"

and the Terrorist Cyber dos attack planned for November

of last year against the USA, we continually burned them on Infovlad

posting the websites URl and they went underground ,

with our moles, and 3 days before

the cyber attack we posted their website's URL and took them out.

Forcing the sites to go underground provides a kind of vetting,

mostly only serious jahidders get in. And it provides a nice list

    for arrests and Intel collection.

And taking out the Jadie sites helps in the SysAdmin programs,

as it would cut out alot of the propaganda lies.

Taking out Jahiddie and terrorist sites is a big

move towards preventing the bastardization of Islam

for the Terrorist twisted cult of al Qaeda.

Israel gets the New Info Paradigm.

Israel gets the New Info Paradigm.
By Gerald Internet Anthropologist Think Tank

The Israel Defense Forces Spokesman's Office is to begin drafting computer experts with an eye toward establishing an Internet and new media department unit, Army Spokesman Brig. Gen. Avi Benayahu said Monday.

Speaking at the Eilat Journalists Conference, Benayahu said the new department would focus on the Internet's social media networks mainly to reach an international audience directly rather than through the regular media.

Spokesman's Office, between eight to 10 young people who are experts in Web 2.0 - YouTube, Facebook and Twitter - to be identified before induction, would be assigned to the new department.

They are setting the new paradigm for Info War.
Truth as a weapon against the Terrorists.

I've said for 6 or more years now I don't fear
the Terrorist lies, I fear not answering those
    lies.

    EXAMPLE:

And many Pakis are buying it.

This new cyber force will be well placed
    gather "non-regular media'' OSINT.

The wider coverage, and multiple posts
the more the propaganda lies are believed
    to be the truth.

The concept is a great force multiplier
    but the structure isn't right.

My concept is ten of ME.
Each backed by a cyber Company.
And additionally includes posting to forums.
    Where ever the lies appear.

    Identification of the terrorist recruiting
    demographic and targeting web sites

And this Cyber force will be in the cat birds
seat to feed request up the chain of command
for specific video and info to target terrorist
propaganda lies, and post it where it has the
    most impact.

Paradigm Intel says this approach would

One doesn't even need to win the Info War,
just get the truth out there in volume and depth.

Israelis are starting cutting edge cyber operations
    to enable SysAdmin..

The Golden Felice of surfers is "good info"
Google built their paradigm on providing info.
    Bad sources, exposed suffer .

    The world supports good info.

All the pieces are there just link them
    and staff the paradigm.

This effort will point the way to connecting
the gap to the core and countering the Terrorist
and enabling SysAdmin in troubled places.
Joining the indigenous to good causes, enabling
the indigenous to connect to resource to bootstrap
themselves out of poverty and terrorism.

    New PARADIGM ON THE HORIZON.
