Iran Abusing the hearts and minds

    Winning the hearts and minds
    or
    Abusing the hearts and minds
By Gerald Internet Anthropologist Think Tank
    06.20.09

USA did not see this coming.
Iran did not see this coming.

USA didn't win the hearts and minds
Iran lost the hearts and minds.

The regime by abusing the people
has turned the people against the regime.

Our contacts in Iran had told us
Iran was a powder keg, but we
    thought it was just anti-regime
    rhetoric.
    Our apologies....

    The chanting of
"Death to America" was it real?

Just because many of the people
    are anti-regime does not mean
    they are pro-American.

In the next few weeks the ground
work will be laid for the new
    Iranian /American paradigm.

What USA does and doesn't do
    will determine the new Iranian
    relationship.

    USA cannot get the regime
    any more angry at American
    than they are now.

    Currently there is no
    reprochmon with Iran.

Its hard to see how USA
    could worsen the Iranian
    relationship.

    However inaction could
    damage any relationship
    with the new Iranian Government.

    The civilians are supporting
    the protesters in all areas.

    Supplying proxys, vpn ,
    Tor, and keeping com open.

This is a chance to work out
    a new nuclear paradigm
    with Iran.

    Neither Iran nor America
    want war, but the world
    cannot allow the current
    regime to get nukes.

    And I think the Iranian
    people understand this.

    WARNING GRAPHIC IRAN MURDER

    WARNING GRAPHIC IRAN MURDER

20th june Tehran a girl dies getting shoot by Basij during the protest

    She dies on camera.......

    WARNING GRAPHIC

    Neda Agha Soltan

Born in 1982, she was at the protest with one her professors and several other students
She'd been shot in the street in Tehran. 19:05 June 20th. Karekar Avenue, at the corner crossing Khosravi Street and Salehi Street.

She was there with her father, standing next to him, watching the protests, when she was shot directly in the heart by someone hiding on the rooftop of a nearby home, a Basij. The bullet shattered her heart and took her life almost instantly, despite the efforts of a friend of the video poster, a doctor, who had rushed to her side.

Her name was Neda. A voice, a call. We know that now. Not a nameless face, lost in a senseless shooting in a street torn halfway around the world. She was an innocent, and she will be forever mourned. She will become the face of a revolution.

Neda. May the God of all of us take you to his rest.

I'm here to tell you my sister died while in her father's hands
I'm here to tell you my sister had big dreams...
I'm here to tell you my sister who died was a decent person... and like me yearned for a day when her hair would be swept by the wind... and like me read "Forough" [Forough Farrokhzad]... and longed to live free and equal... and she longed to hold her head up and announce, "I'm Iranian"... and she longed to one day fall in love to a man with a shaggy hair... and she longed for a daughter to braid her hair and sing lullaby by her crib...

my sister died from not having life... my sister died as injustice has no end... my sister died since she loved life too much... and my sister died since she lovingly cared for people...

my loving sister, I wish you had closed your eyes when your time had come... the very end of your last glance burns my soul....

sister have a short sleep. your last dream be sweet.

"Her name was ندا (#Neda), which means voice or call in Farsi. She is the voice of the people, a call to freedom - RIP, Neda"

THE REGIME IS USING SNIPER FOR CROWD CONTROL.

Fatemiyeh Hospital Tehran: 30-40 dead as of 11pm; 200
injured. Police taking names of incoming injured.

Opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi raised the stakes in his confrontation with the regime, Saturday, June 20, as Tehran police and Basijj paramilitaries fired shots and tear gas into the crowds attempting to rally in defiance of supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei Friday and police threats of harsh reprisals.

His words and Khamenei's address Friday indicate that both sides in the Iranian conflict have advanced to a point of no return, according to DEBKAfile's Iranian sources.

    How to defeat the Taliban

    How to defeat the Taliban

Shaukat Malik is a Muslim-American Certified Public Accountant from Potomac. A native of Pakistan, he arrived in the United States in 1980.

In Pakistan, the religious schools called madrassas were created during the Afghan war as factories for producing future mujahedeen to fight the Soviet infidels. It was a win for all parties involved. They were financed by Middle East money and America’s acquiescence.

Today there are thousands of madrassas scattered all over Pakistan providing lodging and shelter to poor children, who have nowhere else to turn. Each madrassa is like an orphanage run by fascist clerics.

Madrassas today teach hatred of non-Muslims using an orthodox interpretation of the Quran taught by self-serving mullahs lacking formal education. Brainwashed children graduating as clerics are taught to believe that salvation is only possibly by establishing an Islamic kingdom governed under their interpretation of Sharia law.

All actions -- training suicide bombers, storing weapons, harassing local citizens, beheading, whipping and stoning -- are justifiable in this struggle. madrassas share the Taliban’s ideology and are their natural partners and allies.

In 2007, students of madrassas affiliated with Lal Masjid in Islamabad, using Taliban-style intimidation, kidnapped women and openly harassed citizens. Using heavy firepower the students fought with Pakistan army.

Unfortunately, the dictatorship of former Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf allowed madrassas to operate unchecked and used them as a scarecrow for the West.

The Taliban running from Swat will find safe houses in these madrassas. The only way to stop them from regrouping is to completely reform madrassas by converting them into regular schools, graduating useful members of society. Also, family planning, ignored by previous governments, must be encouraged nationwide to reduce unwanted births and numbers of children requiring boarding and lodging.

Converting Madrassas to regular schools will quickly root out these hornets’ nests and allow Pakistanis to start breathing again and realize their true long-term potential.

Pakistan government must take immediate action using U.S. aid dollars. This will indeed help root out the cancer of Taliban and put Pakistan back on the right track.

    This weekend is very dangerous.

    This weekend is very dangerous.
By Gerald; Internet Anthroplogist Think Tank
    06.19.09

Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini watches from high in his very secure building
the huge human snake wind through the streets 200,000 strong and wonders
if and when they will turn violent.

He has some fears himself, he the supreme ruler has ordered them off the streets
and instead of leaving they multiply.
He has ordered secret killings under the cover of darkness to try and scare them
from the streets and that has failed.
So now he is bringing in the Basij to start whole sale killing on a small scale.
He hopes this will restore his power and the people will fear him again.

Faking the election results is a problem.

He has to wrestle with the "Assembly of Experts" if he doesn't gain
control soon they might try and replace him, of course he can
always replace the leader before he moves to replace him.
There is alot of strange allaiences going on in the background.
Ruhollah Khomeini isn't a real Ayatollah.
Just a wealthy businessman, ruthless and good at
    power politics.

But is he good enough to crush these demonstrators under
his thumb. Basij can kill hundreds opr thousands of them.
But the world is watching, what will their reactions be?

Obama is right where Khomeini wants him, if Obama speaks
against Iran he can blame the whole thing on the CIA.

This whole mess is distracting his focus from getting
    a nuclear weapon.

Once he has a Nuke he can CRUSH the resistance
kill them all, and no one can lift a finger against him.

    N. Korea has a ship with a surprise cargo for Iran,
and he needs just a month to activate and test it.

He is trying to figure how to get that extra time.
This uprising by the Iranian people has taken
everyone by surprise, Iran Intelligence and
even American Intelligence was caught off guard.

He doesn't care about the people they are expendable
    for the greater Iranian caliphate.

But how to quiet them, buy enough time to get a
    nuke?

He has all the intelligence services working on this.

And some very bloody surprises in store for
the protesters, He is so close to a nuke,
he can't allow the protesters to take control now.

Soon he will be able to bully the Americans like
    N. Korea does now.

And Saudi Arabia will also pay the price
when he gets a nuke, not to mention the JEWS.

All that power with in his grasp and the people
take to the streets, He will crush them.

He has all intelligence services arresting them and
trying to cut off access to the outside world.

There is nothing the people can do, he will kill them.

Or is there something the people can do?

    A general strike,
close down all streets and services.
But he is prepared to deal with that with
    violence, mass killing if necessary.

But the resistance has an ace in the hole.
Something new the supreme leader has never
    seen.

The Iranian people have the capibility to
    close down Irans WWW.

    Shutting down the Government, closing
    the regime, banks, communication and
    military communications.

Its just a question of organization and
    leadership.

The power is out there and the world is
willing to help the Iranian people.

All they have to do is ask in a unified
voice, and act to bring down the Iranian
WWW with an intense DDOS atack.

The choice is up to the Iranians.
    The decision is their's.

If they act the people of the world will join them.

This is a new Paradigm the supreme leader
    is not even aware of.
    No government intervention is needed.
The Iranian people have the POWER.
    The choice is theirs.

    Blog Post from Iran:

“I will participate in the demonstrations tomorrow. Maybe they will turn violent. Maybe I will be one of the people who is going to get killed. I’m listening to all my favorite music. I even want to dance to a few songs. I always wanted to have very narrow eyebrows. Yes, maybe I will go to the salon before I go tomorrow! There are a few great movie scenes that I also have to see. I should drop by the library, too. It’s worth to read the poems of Forough and Shamloo again. All family pictures have to be reviewed, too. I have to call my friends as well to say goodbye. All I have are two bookshelves which I told my family who should receive them. I’m two units away from getting my bachelors degree but who cares about that. My mind is very chaotic. I wrote these random sentences for the next generation so they know we were not just emotional and under peer pressure. So they know that we did everything we could to create a better future for them. So they know that our ancestors surrendered to Arabs and Mongols but did not surrender to despotism. This note is dedicated to tomorrow’s children…”

Daughter of Assembly of Experts leader barred from leaving Iran

    From Irnain forum:

Rafsanjani children barred from leaving Iran: report

Updated at: 2140 PST, Thursday, June 18, 2009

TEHRAN: A daughter and son of former Iranian president Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani have been barred from leaving the country over their alleged role in inciting disturbances since last week's presidential election, a local news agency reported on Thursday.

"According to an informed source, Faezeh and Mehdi Hashemi were barred from leaving the country," the news agency said without further identifying its source.

"Their role was proven in inciting and organising some illegal gatherings, riots and destruction in recent days," it said, referring to protests triggered by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's re-election.

State television showed footage on Wednesday of Rafsanjani's chador-clad daughter Faezeh talking animatedly among protesters in Tehran.

Supporters of main Ahmadinejad challenger Mir Hossein Mousavi have poured onto the streets in daily protests since the June 12 poll, which the defeated candidate has branded a "shameful fraud" and called for a new election.

Rafsanjani, who remains influential as the head of two top clerical and arbitration bodies, was a key supporter of Mousavi during the election campaign.

In a candidates' debate on prime time television, Ahmadinejad hit out at his predecessor charging that his sons had received financial privileges.

I think the gulf is widening between Rafsanjani and the Supreme Leader. Let's see who gets rid of who first.

We know the Assembly of Experts headed by Rafsanjani has the power to remove the Supreme Leader but can Supreme Leader kick out the head of Assembly of Experts?

Why Obama Should Let Iran's 'Red-State' Regime Die on Its Own

As a million more protestors march on Tehran today, the days of Ayatollah "Falwell" Khamenei and President "Gingrich" Ahmadinejad are numbered. And that means Obama should keep talking to Twitter more than trying to manipulate the Middle East's dynamics, argues a leading foreign-policy expert. These guys could still go nuclear, after all.
