Our Classified Paradigm Intel suggests

While their methods can vacume data 

from an entire news corp. they lack 

the paradigm to fuction in a horzontal 

fashion.

They seem to depend on wholesale

volume vacuming and sifting on a vertical basis.

The huge volume of possible leads precludes

human Inductive reasoning  to develop leads.

Machine fitering and screening require a development

a preponderance of possible evidence cross a minium

thresh hold before it is shuttled to a human.

The machine method digests what it is fed.

It doesnot request specfic investigtive methods

or actions.

Even the best algorithms collect a basket

of predetermined assumptions/goods that

might say "terrorist", A poor substutite for 

human Inductive reasoning  to develop leads.

HIR ( human Inductive reasoning ) isn't as cost 

effective as machines but HIR uses a more 

advanced/complex paradigm/algorithm.

The Pentagon has said that at least 60, possibly more of the detainees released from Guantanamo have rejoined terrorist cells and have fought once again against Americans.

An internet statement said al-Shihri was 'Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula's second-in-command in Yemen, and his prisoner number at Guantanamo was 372. 'He managed to leave the land of the two shrines (Saudi Arabia) and join his brothers in Al Qaeda'.

He joined the Saudi kingdom's rehabilitation program after his release in November 2007 and got married before leaving for Yemen.

Al-Shihri traveled to Afghanistan two weeks after the Sept. 11 attacks, provided money to other fighters and trained in urban warfare at a camp north of Kabul. A travel coordinator for al-Qaida, he also met extremists in Mashad, Iran, and briefing them on how to enter Afghanistan.

Saudi Arabia had asked Yemen to return Al-Shihri and a number of wanted Saudi suspects who fled the kingdom last year, while also claiming none had rejoined al Qaeda.

A Yemeni citizen, Naser Abdel Karim al-Wahishi, AKA Abu Basir, has been appointed head of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian peninsula, after members of Al-Qaeda in Yemen and Saudi Arabia decided to increase coordination between terrorist cells in the region, according to a message posted to Islamist websites. "We are preparing mujahadeen in training camps and they want to go to Gaza."

Al-Shihri, formerly residing in Guantanamo, is his deputy and travel coordinator.

Islamabad (PTI): Days after banning girls' education in the troubled northwestern Swat valley, the Pakistani Taliban has directed men in the region to wear Muslim skull caps and stop shaving their beards.

In an edict issued on Tuesday, the militants set January 25 as the deadline for the residents to start wearing caps and growing beards.

They said that after the expiry of the January 25 deadline, no man would be allowed to trim his beard as the Taliban were trying to establish a "complete Islamic society".

"The move was in the best interest of the people," they said.

GSPC calls for terrorist to QUIT

Hassan Hattab, founder of Algeria's Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC), issued a fresh call on Monday (January 19th) for members of al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb to lay down their weapons.

In the written document, which was released to the Algerian press, Hattab appealed to terrorists to renounce armed struggle in order to benefit from the law on civil concord. Drawing on a verse from the Qur'an and two hadiths from the Prophet Mohammed, he condemned the terrorist attacks perpetrated in Algeria in the name of Islam.

The former GSPC leader issued his call just as radical Islamists are demanding jihad in Gaza.

"What law or moral code could allow this?" he asked in the statement. "Is this really a jihad that would please God?"

Hattab simultaneously condemned and repented for acts of terrorism, "which do nothing for Islam or Muslims and against which I have already given warnings in the past".

Advising his "brothers" to obey God and halt their activities, he implored them to "return to society and your families; society is ready to welcome you and heal the wounds".

The Black Death, or the Black Plague or Bubonic Plague, was one of the deadliest pandemics in human history, widely thought to have been caused by a bacterium named Yersinia pestis (Plague),^[1]

Complements of al Qaeda.

The disease is spread by fleas carried 

by al Qaeda, even just one or two fleas

can be deadly.

Fleas are holometabolous insects, going through the three life cycle stages of larva, pupa and imago (adult). The flea life cycle begins when the female lays after feeding. Adult fleas must feed on blood before they can become capable of reproduction.^[2] Eggs are laid in batches of up to 20 or so, usually on the host itself, which easily roll onto the ground. As such, areas where the host rests and sleeps become one of the primary habitats of eggs and developing fleas. The eggs take around two days to two weeks to hatch^[1].

Flea larvae emerge from the eggs to feed on any available organic material such as dead insects, feces and vegetable matter. They are blind and avoid sunlight, keeping to dark places like sand, cracks and crevices, and bedding. Given an adequate supply of food, larvae should pupate and weave asilken cocoon within 1-2 weeks after 3 larval stages. After another week or two the adult flea is fully developed and ready to emerge from the cocoon. They may however remain resting during this period until they receive a signal that a host is near - vibrations (including sound), heat and carbon dioxideare all stimuli indicating the probable presence of a host.^[1] Fleas are known to overwinter in the larval or pupal stages.

Once the flea reaches adulthood its primary goal is to find blood - adult fleas must feed on blood in order to reproduce[3]. Adult fleas only have around a week to find food once they emerge, though they can survive two months to a year between meals. A flea population is unevenly distributed, with 50 percent eggs, 35 percent larvae, 10 percent pupae and 5 percent adults.^[1] Their total life cycle can take as little as two weeks, but may be lengthened to many months if conditions are favorable. Female fleas can lay 500 or more eggs over their life, allowing for phenomenal growth rates.

Or spring from furtuniture they have set on.

We should see a nice out break among

al Qaeda members that have even been

in the same room as an al Qaeda member.

As fleas or eggs attach to their clothing.

al Qaeda family members will sucumb.

And soread the disease, Any clothing

passed on to other cells.

Even a hand shake or kiss,

As one body's clothing touches the infected hosts clothing can spread the Black Death.

Again al Qaeda is responsible for killing many thousamds of non-violent Muslims.

UPDATE FROM INSIDE THE BELTWAY:

Two weeks ago we intercepted an urgent message from AQ in the Land of the Maghreb (AQIM) (Algeria), and AQ in Pakistan. The message said a bio-weapon lab in the Yakouren forest in the Tizi Ouzou province of Algeria, 150km east of Algiers, had a containment failure. Further, they had shut down the camp, buried the dead, but many fighters fled to Jijel and Bejaia on the Mediterranean and from there Pakistan and any number of Islamic countries.

We fear that the Plague has gone pneumonic (airborne) in order to infect so many, so quickly and is likely an antibiotic resistant strain mutated at the lab.

Tipped off, Algerian Security went to the camp and found a dead AQIM fighter along the road, that tested positive.

 
This epidemic will spread throughout the Taliban and AQ. Genetic markers for the mutated bacterium provide an excellant opportunity to map out their travel and networking. But at a heavy price for all their contacts, death by drowning in your own fluids.

Coincidence or not: 60 terrorists from AQIM from Tizi Ouzou (the same region where the incident allegedly occurred) miraculously just decided they wanted to surrender to the authorities; this is very rare that such a large number of AQIM operatives defect at the same time. That tells me that possibly they got really scared of what had taken place in the training camp and do not want to get involved with any biological weapon experimentation that could possibly result in their deaths.

The Black Death, or the Black Plague or Bubonic Plague,

was one of the deadliest pandemics in human history, 

The most famous symptom of bubonic plague is swollen lymph nodes, called buboes. These are commonly found in the armpits, groin or neck. The bubonic plague was the first step of the ongoing plague. Two other forms of the plague, pneumonic and septicemic, resulted after a patient with the bubonic plague developed pneumonia or blood poisoning.

Other symptoms include spots on the skin that are red at first and then turn black, heavy breathing, continuous blood vomiting, aching limbs and terrible pain. The pain is usually caused by the actual decaying, or decomposing of the skin while the infected person is still alive. When death begins the person will get spasms.

 Plague and the ecology of Yersinia pestis in soil, and in rodent and (possibly and importantly) human ectoparasites are reviewed and summarized by Michel Drancourt in modeling sporadic, limited, and large plague outbreaks.^[32] Efficient transmission of Y. pestis is generally thought to occur only through the bites of fleas whose midguts become obstructed by replicating Y.Pestis several days after feeding on an infected host. This blockage results in starvation and aggressive feeding behavior by fleas that repeatedly attempt to clear their blockage by regurgitation, resulting in thousands of plague bacteria being flushed into the feeding site and the host becoming infected.

Bubonic Plague kills about 50% of infected patients in 4-7 days without treatment. 

Treatment

In modern times, several classes of antibiotics are effective in treating bubonic plague. These include the aminoglycosides streptomycin and gentamicin, the tetracyclines tetracycline anddoxycycline and the fluoroquinolone ciprofloxacin. Patients with plague in the modern era usually recover completely with prompt diagnosis and treatment.^{[citation needed]}
