Pardigm Intel ISI was hiding OBL

The Paradigm Intel is fairly conclusive:
    ISI was hiding OBL

ISI's reactions and TTP Taliban indicate
behaviors consistent with a secret agreement
between ISI and the TTP branch of the Taliban
    to hide Ossama Bin Laden

ISI took two days to respond to OBL death.
And the Taliban reaction against Pakistan
is consistent with the actions of a party
who's honor has been aggrieved in that culture.

Obama was right on in not trusting ISI with
the operational details of OBL location.
ISI would have made short work of the
    operation and stopped it.

TTP has attacked Pakistan mil in wave after
wave of attacks across Pakistan, and their
Military has launched ZERO, none counter
    strikes, just absorbed the attacks.

The Paki Mil and the ISI are afraid the TTP
will out the ISI on their operation to protect
    OBL.
The TTP Taliban even used a different sopkesperson
to announce the Karachi attack on the Military base.
Didn't trust normal channels for data.
The @alemarahweb had no advance info on
the attack and were not even notified after the
22 hr attack was in progress, they were not allowed
to even tweet on it, and were completely cut off
from information. They only had a few tweets
    in Urdu.
Background:Actions, inactions Taliban, TTP webmasters IPs, etc
    http://warintel.blogspot.com/2011/05/pre-memorial-day-for-pakistan-mil.html

wikipedia lists the TTP as an arm of al qaeda.
    https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Tehrik-i-Taliban_Pakistan

There  is little doubt ISI was hiding OBL.
And TTP continues to black mail ISI,
and ISI and the Military fear counterattacks
against the TTP and are just taking the hits,
    and deaths of their troops.

This even raises the question about the missing
Urdu attackes that are missing in the attack on the
Paki military base, it was surrounded, even had
extra 600 special forces brought in,
and some of the attackers disappeared?

Did they blackmail their way out?
Is the TTP threatining to expose ISI
    for hiding OBL?

ISI has been exposed by their actions,
inactions and the Talibans reactions to
    OBL's death.

Question is will this turn ISI and the Paki
military against the TTP, or make them
    better allies?

Can the Paki civil Government take control
of the Military and ISI or will they continue
to run the country as they wish.

    THE PAKISTAN MILITARY AND ISI
    HAVE BEEN EXPOSED.

    WHAT WILL THEY, PAKISTAN DO?

    Pre-Memorial day for Pakistan Mil

This memorial day I'm paying a tribute
to the many Pakistani Military whom
have lost their lives in the War against
    Terrorism.
    I Salute them all.

But there are problems in the Paki
    military and ISI.
    Ontological problem with their Paradigm,
its seminal fault appears when you match
    ISI words with its actions.
    These problems have resulted
in the deaths of many brave Pakistani
military who only wanted to serve their
country, who wanted to make it better
    for their kids.

These loyal soldiers were not duplicitous,
they were loyal and gave their last full measure.

That can't be said for the Military leadership
and the ISI. Case after case of their double
dealing has been exposed. Actually playing
the Paki Military troops against the terrorist
THEY have been supporting, as defined in
their policy of defense in depth.

Internet Anthropologist Think Tank: Mumbai Internet Chase and ISI

Internet Anthropologist Think Tank: Paki won't go after the sanctuaries

Internet Anthropologist Think Tank: ISI waving the Taliban Flag

A ludicrous paradigm of playing both
ends against each other. Resulting in the
    casualties of their own men.
The Military is the real power and
beyond the reach of the civilian Government.
ISI is the Militarys  dog and gets blamed
for all manner of civilian disobedience at
    the order of the Military.

They have a Infowar operation going on
    that makes my head spin.
    Ahmed Quraishi S

    Ahmed Quraishi

    Sock puppet for Taliban
    http://www.PakNationalists.com

But i focus on what they actually do,
    not want they say.

And the OBL operation reaction shocked
me, when I noticed the Paki Mil was the only
ones on the planet that wasn't cheering.
It was like in Soccer when your team
scores the winning points, and your
cheerleaders just sit there in SHOCK.

Jeeze was that a scary moment for me.
It was like discovering YOUR cheerleaders
were secretly working for the other team.

But let me put that on the other foot.
Lets just say ISI tracked OBL to 35
miles from Washington DC, at a military
    base town and killed him.

The entire country would have thrown them
a ticker tape parade, given them the Keys
to many cities, and found many ways to show
    Americas appreciation for killing OBL.
The ISI would have been National heroes
    in America.

And congress would have started an
investigation into how the US intelligence
agencys screwed up, and many resignations
    and firings.

But thats not how Paki Military reacted, nor
ISI, they took two days to think it over.

For some reason they could not celebrate.
    They could not cheer.
    They could not congratulate.
They did not think the killers of OBL were
    heroes.
The feeling was the death of OBL was a
    serious error.
The Military took the death as an affront,
went to great pains to deny any connection to
the victory, wanted NO part of it.
In short acted like someone took a crap
on their living room rug, not just killed
a mass murder of Pakistani citizens.

But thats only half the equation.
Taliban and al qaeda's reactions were
    just as puzzling.
USA had just run a covert operation,
not connected to Pakistan, reached in and
    killed OBL.

I had expected terrorist bluster, threats and
chest beating. What I did NOT expect was
a non player to be the primary target for the
    vengeance of OBL death.

The Taliban named Pakistan Military as the
    first and primary target. WTF?

Why would the Taliban launch heavy, expensive
suicide attacks, wave after wave against the Pakistan
    Military.
They are so angry the didn't get weapons from the ISI
but from Terrorist brothers with Russian connections,
hence the Russian heavy weapons.ISI had no inkling
    this Karachi attack was coming.
    It looks like something personal.
Did U miss the Live feed on #Karachi attack, OFFICAL .

Why were the terrorist so furious with the Paki Military?
    An anger beyond known reason.

    Were there unknown reasons?

Why had assault after assault, wave
after wave of attacks not satiated them?
There has been no diminished of their anger.
The Pakistan Military had some how offended
the Taliban honor. Even beyond the Killing of
    OBL.
Why is the Taliban more angry with the Pakistan
army and ISI than with the killers of OBL?
US finding and killing OBL is acceptable part
    of the war paradigm.
What the Pakistan Military did was not acceptable
not part of the war paradigm, it was an assault on
the Taliban honor ( Such as it is, G ).

Almost feels like the Paki Mil didn't live up to
the code of protecting some GUEST.
And Now the Taliban is getting its pound of flesh
    for the offense.

Could we get a look inside the Taliban,
    see the connections?
    Does TTP fear ISI?

Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan has close ties to Al Qaeda, sharing money and bomb experts and makers. John Brennan, President Obama’s chief counterterrorism adviser, said: "It's a group that is closely allied with al-Qaeda. They train together, they plan together, they plot together. They are almost indistinguishable."[62] Ambassador-at-large Daniel Benjamin stated, "The T.T.P. and Al Qaeda have a symbiotic relationship: T.T.P. draws ideological guidance from Al Qaeda, while Al Qaeda relies on the T.T.P. for safe haven in the Pashtun areas along the Afghan-Pakistani border...

In 2008 Baitullah Mehsud met with Ayman al-Zawahiri in South Waziristan. Prior to this meeting the Pakistani Taliban answered to the Afghan Taliban and pro-Pakistan militant commanders. At the time Pakistani authorities believed that Mehsud was in fact an al-Qaeda operative.[36] In February 2009 Baitullah Mehsud, Hafiz Gul Bahadur and Maulavi Nazir released a statement in which they reaffirmed their allegiance to Osama bin Laden.

Lets see what the Taliban webmasters know?
We thought the best place to look inside the
    Taliban may be its spokesperson.
The one I have easiest access to is the
    one on Twitter. @alemarahweb,
Mostafa ahmedi, (No such person, exists).

We deployed BSU's and made a
connection, with in Alemarahweb set them up with
    encrypted, cloaked secure communications
line and they talked. They after all are Taliban.
They assured me they were safe and would
never be found out, even approved our
    mentioning them in this post.

They wouldn't tell us everything, but did
fill in some blanks for us.All staff speak
    English.

Only one guy posts the messages for
alemarahweb, the guy running this isn't
a real spokesperson but a propaganda
minister, 9 people work with him.
On his Twitter account he says he is
    in Kabul,Afghanistan he isn't.
They are not 'in the know' from whats
on their PCs, not on the inside with real
    Taliban, and not trusted.
Just used to pass on message or
    info.
    Kinda like Obama's WH spokesperson,
but uses way out there propaganda.

    His boss is Dr Tariq
    Azam Tariq (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan)
    Taliban_Pakistan)
He has a strange habit of nickle an
    dimming his employees, while
he doesn't really need the extra money,
and they really do, he pockets the
    little bonuses and expenses they
    were suppose to get.

    He is in Lahore, Pakistan.
    IP 110.38.5.181
He is in charge of propaganda.
And they make jokes about all the
    casualties alemarahweb tweets about.
And fake stuff the web site puts out,
it starts with a small grain of truth and
they just keep making up thing up.

And how nobody really believes them.
Our informant informs us none of them
are in Afghanistan but are all in Pakistan,
and ISI knows they are there. And they
    are not afraid of ISI.

They move back and forth between
    Islamabad, Lahore, Quetta, Karachi.

They go to different Internet cafes,
If one were to take down the PC they
are on, they just move to another
PC in the same Cafe, but if you take
down a few PCs they are on in the same
Cafe, they get banned, owners think
they are doing something to the PCs.
    Pisses them off.

They bring in their Mem sticks or CDs
plug them in and log on to Twitter
and cut and paste text into twitter.

The guy that actually post the tweets is not
allowed to change even one word.
He expects to get caught, and expects
    to be released.
Their real job is not to speak for Taliban,
but to provide news outlets with propaganda
they will publish. Pump out the Propaganda.

QARI YOUSUF AHMADI we got a lock on:

TTP isn't running with normal paradigm,
very disturbing, more in next post. G

    Its clear from what we

    read the TTP does not

    fear the ISI.

    All of this Paradigm Intel

    points to collusion between

the TTP Taliban and the ISI.

The conclusion is the ISI and

    Taliban TTP have worked

    hand and hand.

And right now the TTP is very

pissed at the ISI, and kicking hell

    out of the Paki Military.

    Paradigm Intel says its cause:

    the ISI didn't protect OBL

    like they promised, and maybe

    even were paid to do.

    The ISI certainly thought OBL

would be safe on a Military reservation.

And certainly didn't think the CIA could

find him there, and never take him

out, he was surrounded by 3 regiments.

And now TTP is punishing ISI for loosing

OBL, and to be sure the top level ISI officers

did not know specifics about OBL.

But a Colonel did, and arranged everything.

The ISI may have already killed him.

    EXCLUSIVE: Pakis deal w/OBL

    PARADIGM INTEL, supported by BSU's.
    Current hypothesis:

Paki Military specifically the ISI was hiding
Bin Laden, under voluntary house arrest.

The motive wasn't evil but was larceny.
The Paki civilian Government wasn't in the
loop, Few Military Generals knew about
the concept, didn't want in the loop or any
    details.

The operation is run by a ISI Colonel,
    He understands the paradigm, and
    ran his mission accordingly, reporting
to no one, but funded by secret ISI connections.
    Untraceable to ISI.
The compound had been raided during
construction, and rumint says was used
as safe house for a while by ISI.

Bin Laden in 2005 had burned out,
depressed, and stressed to the point
    of a break down.
    His friends and Family killed.

ISI captured Bin Laden, and a agreement
was struck, ISI would not turn him over
to the US or even make public his capture,
and shield him from al qaeda,
but he would be under house arrest.
    A haggard-looking Osama bin Laden ...

Binny was looking for a way out of
the GWOT, 5 yrs of intense pressure
    death, and running, developing into
    a debilitating psychological paranoia
    and many related medical problems.
Bin Laden got peace, safety an out.

So ISI and OBL worked out a deal.
    ISI motivation was not evil.
It was larceny, if ISI gave up Binny
The US might pull out of Afghan
and the Paki funding for the Terrorist
    war may dry up.

Bin Laden was the Billion dollar teat
for ISI and the Paki Military.
About a Billion went directly to the Military
every year. And used for More Nuclear weapons
    and defenses against India.
Pakistan Mil is obsessed with India,
    and for good reason.
But Paki Identifies India as the real threat
    to Pakistan not the Taliban.
India is no longer a threat to Paki,
Paki should be working on a joint defense
treaty with US for solution to their
    India paranoia.

The ISI was not about to
give up a $Billion dollars a year or
their link to the American Billion dollar
    teat, Bin Laden.

Rather than send Bin Laden to prison,
which would become the target of
never ending assaults to get Binny out,
ISI and Binny agreed to house arrest.
And to end his involvement in terrorism,
and cut off his contacts to al qaeda.
ISI was able to control his contacts
    by controlling the courier. Also
    his keeper the Khan cousins.
Binny wasn't allowed to leave the house.
They didn't want to end the al qaeda virtual threat,
they did want to reduce the actual threat.
And ISI worked to limit Binnys activity with
    al qaeda.
The courier controls what comes in and
goes out from and to Bin Laden.
And ISI Colonel would review it all.
The couriers would have been contacting
the ISI connections for instructions, direct lead
    to ISI Colonel.

ISI protected Binny, and were even able
under the guise of "high security" able
to keep his location secret from even
    al Qaeda.

Zawahiri had been pressuring Binny for
more videos and Bin Laden eventually
quit making videos but was pressured into
making a few audio tapes, and Zawahiri
eventually cut Bin Ladens funds, for lack
    of participation in the Jahid.
Or the courier and ISI was controling
what videos and audio tapes made it
    to al qaeda.
    His health was failing.
At one time he was on a ventilator.
Internet Anthropologist Think Tank: Exclusive: Bin Landen on a ...
Rumint: kidney surgeries, one of the women in the
    compound was a doctor.

The only money found in the compound
was 500 euros Binny was carrying, not
for escape but his life savings.
Bin Laden no money, nothing he could do,
spending his final days, aging, hiding in barren rooms,
    under house arrest, a failure.
This was not what he expected from his
privileged life. His cult of personality is to promote
    himself as another Mohammad type,
he views himself as a prophet..
Bin Laden was adept at exploiting Islamic
fundamentalism in the service of his own ambition
and personal dreams of glory, which he failed at
    very level.

Bin Laden viewed himself as a failure,
    And self medicated with Hashish.
    Binnys Psy profile:

There has not been a successful major strike against any
al qaeda targets since Binny was killed,
which may point to Binnys limited connection
    and contact with al qaeda.
His PCs and CDs and mem sticks would
have been brought in by the ISI courier,
and they controlled what what was delivered.
Some times it took 3 weeks for a Binny video
    to reach publication. Maybe somebody
at ISI was passing them up the chain of
command for approval or destruction of
    the vid and audio tapes.

The CIA had Bin Laden compound under
    surveillance for 9 months.
This in and of its self is remarkable.
    And speaks to CIA professionalism,
the knee jerk reaction would be to
just kill Binny, but they recognized it
    as a Intel opportunity.
And speaks to their indepth knowledge
of Binnys context, CIA knew Binny
wouldn't be leaving soon, it was
    a long term living situation.
They know they had the time to
pull all the Intel signet, out of
the situation, and were able to
    take their time doing so.

At some point ISI got wind of something
going on and wanted to protect
this binny operations at all costs.

Davis may have been discovered on the
extreme perimeter of the Bin Laden
operation and so they put him under
    close surveillance and ordered agents
to bring him in with all his electronics,
cell phone, PC and mem sticks.

Except when the attempted the hijacking
Davis killed them leading to his arrest.

Which panicked the CIA, Had ISI
    discovered the CIA surveillance of
    Bin Landen?

During the arrest surveillance may have
been pulled on Bin Laden until CIA
could get a read on just what ISI knew.
    There was some discussion about
just killing Binny at the time of
the Davis arrest, rather than risking
    him getting away.

Calmer heads prevailed, and it was
    discovered ISI know something was
up but no Idea CIA had Bin Laden under
    surveillance. ISI had discussed killing
Binny at that time to avoid ISI involvement.
But Greed prevailed. Binny would live,
as ISI had no signs CIA knew about him.

ISI didn't know what was going on but
had enough noise and chatter to know
something big was up, and demanded
CIA and US Mil cut presents in Pakistan.
Hoping to cripple what ever the CIA
    operation was.

CIA hung tough, cut ISI off from all Intel and moved ahead,
killed Bin Laden and are now piecing the story together.

If Bin Laden had been captured then Americans around the
world would have been kidnapped ransom Bin Laden, and
would have attracted more nuts to join al qaeda, and his prosecution
may have run into many many Millions of dollars.
His death crushed insurgent moral and made all of them
    vulnerable.

At this time I can't see how US CIA and Military could
    have played it any better.

Now it a mop up situation, and they are connecting
ISI to Bin Laden, to get Big Z and Omar.
ISI is between a hard place and a rock.
Lets hope they see the wisdom of the correct choice.
    911
Lest we forget Paki has been playing the great game since 1813. (USA was involved in thewar of 1812, the second American Revolution, when Paki started playing Great Game in the next year 1813. ) The classic Great Game period is generally regarded as running approximately from the Russo-Persian Treaty of 1813 to the Anglo-Russian Convention of 1907.

I suspect the Great Game never quit for Pakistan.
And that means they have been playing for 9 or 10 generations.
USA was shooting cannon at the British in the Great Lakes when they first started the Great Game.
    http://warintel.blogspot.com/2008/02/10-billion-uds-great-game.html

The problem becomes where to draw the line, or maybe where
Paki draws the line, several times they have stood on US supply
line into Afghan, and Paki does have a population that supports
al qaeda. And where does ISI stand on these issues, Mumbai operation
    gives one cause to pause.
ISI and the Mil have what US considers bad elements.

Pakistans Info war continues, now blaming US for
ISI missing Bin Laden, attempt to shift the blame.
How do you spot a propaganda site?
They don't post comments that suggest other
    opinions, like
    http://www.pkhope.com/rude-awakening/
    or
     Ahmed Quraishi
There is room for only their opinions.
Both have refused to post my comments
    5 times.
    This is an Anti-American Infowar.
in the guise of Nationalism, in support
    of the Taliban.
