DANCIN TIME
Our secret sources which have proved reliable in the past
confirms Gadahn is captured.
Our previous post.
Captured by CIA, NSA, DIA and ISI and Special forces in Paki
Gadahn was indicted on three charges:
18 USC, 2381 TREASON;
18 USC , 2339B, PROVIDING MATERIAL SUPPORT TO A DESIGNATED TERRORIST ORGANIZATION; and
18 USC 2(A) AIDING AND ABETTING.
The indictment was brought by the U.S. Federal Grand Jury, Central District, however, the Federal Court has yet to set up its electronic filing for the case (10/12/2006), presumably because the government has no one in custody as of yet.
A grand jury returned the indictment against Adam Yehiye Gadahn, 28, a suspected al-Qaida operative sought by the FBI since 2004
And being held over seas, Question of his rights as a non-citizen, he ripped up his passport in a video.
Any defense attorney he got would say he did it under duress.
The question becomes did he become a non-US citizen when he ripped up his passport?
Did he loose all rights as a citizen?
But being arrested as a terrorist and held by a different country, USA still has access and NO legal problems.
CIA and FBI lined up tp question Mr. Gadahn
I'd like a turn at questioning him, bonding with him, turning him.
As he is not in American custody the host nation can do as it pretty much pleases with him.
We have picked up noise and chatter about a repeating rumor that Big Z is dead, vaporized, no DNA to test.
He has been quite for over a month.
"The screw turns"
Gerald
