    Exclusive: Nuclear Paradigm Intel
    By Gerald:
    Internet Anthropologist Think Tank
    Sept 13, 08

Internet Anthropologist Think Tank has doubts about Zawahir's rant against Iran.

    Paradigm Intel suggest a ruse.

Iran knows the West will not allow them to develop a nuke.
And Iran does have connections to al Qaeda.

al Qaeda has developed a new interest in nuclear materials,
Our Post: Al Qaeda has nuclear ambitions.
and on Sept 12, 08 our BSU's continue to track al Qaeda research on the
    net about nuclear libraries.

Nuclear technicians should be wary of terrorist posing as reporters asking
questions about the deployment of dirty bombs.

As Iran knows an attack is coming on their nuke facilities, paradigm Intel
suggest a fall back position where they arm al Qaeda with nuclear materials.

And Zawahir's rant against Iran distances Iran from any al Qaeda dirty bombs,
    plausible denial.

Iran's suicidal bent stems from the desire to bring on the 13 Imam.

    Iran will push the button.

    Other intel fits the paradigm:

Iran diverts UF6 uranium from Isfahan to boost covert military nuclear project

Missing from Isfahan: 50-60 tons of uranium

Nuclear watchdog experts have found 50-60 tons of uranium, enough to produce five or six nuclear bombs, missing from Iran’s main nuclear production facility at Isfahan. The disappearance was discovered at the final stage of the production process, where UF6, uranium in gas form is stored, by the only CCTV Iran allowed the International Atomic Energy Agency to install at Isfahan.

US satellites have also identified a number of suspicious sites, not declared to UN inspectors.

USA's policy against the Taliban and al Qaeda is working.
Attriting top level C2 forces is working. Forcing leadership
down into second and third level cadre, Weakens command and control
hurts morale, and increases the probability of unsucessfull operations.
Paradigm suggest the faster they hit terrorist leaders the lower probability of
    a dirty bomb attack.

Exclusive Translation: Intercepted Letters from al-Qaeda Leaders Shed Light on State of Network in Iraq

    By Daveed Gartenstein-Ross

Yesterday, Center for Terrorism Research (CTR) adjunct fellow Bill Roggio posted an important report at the Long War Journal. He noted that a series of letters intercepted by Multinational Forces-Iraq—letters that chronicle the communications between al-Qaeda deputy leader Ayman al-Zawahiri, al-Qaeda in Iraq leader Abu Ayyub al-Masri, and Islamic State of Iraq leader Abu Omar al-Baghdadi—sheds light on how “Al Qaeda’s senior leadership has lost confidence in its commander in Iraq and views the situation in the country as dire.” These communications highlight divisions in the organization, the failures in its leadership, and problems with communications and propaganda efforts.

Today the Center for Terrorism Research provides an exclusive translation of these important documents, courtesy of CTR research fellow Tony Badran. We believe that this translation constitutes an important primary document for understanding the current state of the al-Qaeda network inside Iraq. To see the translation, click here.

    Iran wins again

Merkel's green light for $157m gas deal with Iran torpedoes sanctions.

German chancellor Angela Merkel blunted - in advance - the big-power drive for sanctions to punish Iran for its nuclear defiance. When Iranian nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili faced the US, European Union, the UK, France, Russia, Geneva and China in Geneva on July 19, he knew that their two-week ultimatum for Tehran’s answer to their incentives offer could be sidestepped with impunity.

The deal was approved a month before the German chancellor’s March stood up in the Knesset, promised to push for further sanctions against Iran and declared that Israel’s security was “nonnegotiable.”

The Syrian president Bashar Assad was due to visit Tehran in a week’s time. The trip was brought forward to Saturday, Aug. 2 to coincide with the deadline the six powers gave Iran for an answer to its offer of benefits in return for its consent to suspend uranium enrichment – or face a fourth round of sanctions.

DEBKAfile’s Middle East sources report: Iranian and Syrian rulers are so pleased with their unforeseen success in outmaneuvering the West that they called an urgent summit for follow-up planning.

Evil, Satan, WEST: NOT: NUKE paradigm

Kuwaiti Columnist Denounces Anti-West Discourse in Middle East

In an article in the Kuwaiti English-language daily Arab Times, columnist Dr. Khaled Al-Janfawi denounced the anti-West discourse prevailing in the Middle East. He argued that this discourse, which promotes a distorted and biased image of the West, leads to hostility and extremism and is one of the roots of the culture of violence in the Middle East. He added that in order to promote tolerance and democracy in the Arab world, there was a need for school curricula that do not demonize the other but instead stress the importance of diversity and pluralism.

    Rest of the Story: SOURCE:

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

While Western science is desired even coveted in the Middle East, the Western culture is Demonized.

The demonization is an attempt to hold their cultural wall against change.

There are several natural forces working against their cultural wall.

You will note the small Green "arabic flag" at the top of all my posts.
It allows translation to Arabic of my posts, just click on it.

Google is an Engine of social change, their translation services offer communication
breaking the language barrier, of course its a Googalization of the message, but
I think the concepts get thru.

    Person to person communication.

USA has over 100,000 troops in Theater, TRAIN THEM TO BLOG:
Potential 25,000 troop blogs, huge untrained asset, NOT DEPLOYED.
Military needs to view the WWW not as something to fear, but as a Information
    weapon in the GWOT.
Terroist have 6,000+ blogs, forums, Military could overwhelm them with
trained Bloggers, ( Rule sets, guidelines, oversight ) and stop fearing the Internet.
The risk in not using a Troop Bloggers, is far exceeded by allowing as-Sahab
    al qaeda's
media arm to win the information WAR, recruiting, propaganda,
suicide bombers, funding, sourcing independent cells.

"It is just plain embarrassing that al-Qaeda is better at communicating its message on the Internet than America," Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said in a speech in November."As one foreign diplomat asked a couple of years ago, 'How has one man in a cave managed to out-communicate the world's greatest communication society?' "

al Qaeda setting the Internet paradigm.

The air Force has the key Paradigm for WWW offensive capabilities,
and seem to be uncertain if they are up to the MISSION, ( Air Force takes 2 steps BACK )
while the Army has the force, capability to DOMINATE THE WWW INFORMATION WAR,
    and have rejected the mission
, instituting repressive rules and regs. effectively blocking troops from blogging. currently Army bloggers need approval and article review of 3 or 4 line officers
    to publish each post.

Paradigm problem: Military has problems recognizing new domains, and fears engaging the enemy on these new fields of battle, while al Qaeda only continues to exist; because they embrace and exploit the new domain. While the Western military fears the new domains.
And civilization is at risk, while al Qaeda dominates these domains, WWW and Info war. ( 6 mont
    hs to a NUKE )
( We never fought there before, not our job, too risky, don't know how, nobody told us to fight there, ETC. )

    ..................................................

Back to the Point Middle Eastern demonization of USA.

While the Middle East fear change, American Culture is a force of its own, greater then the forces
of the Military in many ways.
American culture has very little "selling pressure", and a lot of "buying Pressure".
NO one likes to be sold but everyone likes to buy.
"Buying pressure" is internally generated by the buyer.
Cultures have minimal impact on this type of buying pressure.
Their cultural wall is doomed to crumble.
And the West will be un-demonized in time.

American style, movies, music transend most cultural barriers, and threaten change.
    Look at Cokc cola.

The West is NOT Satan. ( Read the Troop Blogs, ooppps they haven't been deployed )

In the long term American culture will un-demonize the West, but that takes time.
And in this time of non-state actors in the GWOT we may not have that time.

State actors with a religious bent towards state suicide are problematic.
WHY Iran will push the button

Long term the world is secure, short term the world is at catastrophic risk.

    Gerald

I just realized there is not a force anywhere in the world that the US Military is afraid of, EXCEPT THE INTERNET, that knocks their little knees together.

    Iran readies for bloody nose.

Iran on Friday warned Israel it would retaliate to an attack with a "strong blow," after the New York Times reported that the IAF had conducted a drill, apparently for a strike against the Islamic republic.

"If enemies, especially Israelis and their supporters in the United States, would want to use a language of force, they should rest assured that they will receive a strong blow in the mouth," senior cleric Ayatollah Ahmad Khatami was quoted by AFP as saying during a Friday prayers sermon, which was also broadcast live on state radio.

Khatami stressed that the Iranian nation's mentality was "to fight foreigners."

"Given this mentality, if you make a hostile look at the Islamic Iran, you will witness such a united roar by our nation that it will definitely make you regret any vicious move forever," he added.

Israeli military preps for Iran's nuke plant STRIKE

Tehran skyline with Milad Tower in the background.Image via WikipediaUS military officials say that a major Israeli military exercise conducted two weeks ago appeared to be a rehearsal for an attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, according to a New York Times report.

The Times writes that the exercise took place during the first week of June, and was so large as to be nearly guaranteed to be detected by US and other foreign observers, including Iran itself.

More than 100 Israeli F-16 and F-15 fighters participated in the maneuvers, which were carried out over the eastern Mediterranean and over Greece during the first week of June, American officials said.

The exercise also included Israeli helicopters that could be used to rescue downed pilots. The helicopters and refueling tankers flew more than 900 miles, which is about the same distance between Israel and Iran's uranium enrichment plant at Natanz, American officials said.

A Pentagon official, speaking anonymously due to the sensitivity of the issue, told the Times that the high profile of the exercise was not an accident. Rather, it was one of Israel's two intended goals for undergoing the rehearsal.

One Israeli goal, the Pentagon official said, was to practice flight tactics, aerial refueling and all other details of a possible strike against Iran's nuclear installations and its long-range conventional missiles.

A second, the official said, was to send a clear message to the United States and other countries that Israel was prepared to act militarily if diplomatic efforts to stop Iran from producing bomb-grade uranium continued to falter.

Heart Attack: almost: LIVE NUKE ATTACK

LIVE TV video, shows Mushroom cloud growing.

A group of Czech artists who inserted a nuclear explosion into a national weather broadcast have been told by a prosecutor they could be sent to jail.
The six hackers are accused of hacking into equipment broadcasting a live panoramic shot of mountains last June.

A flash of bright light could be seen followed by a fiery mushroom cloud on the horizon.

The group, who last month won an award from Prague's National Gallery, face charges of spreading false information.

[It was] very unsuitable and could have frightened a lot of people

It was the first time the NG 333 prize for young artists was awarded.

The six, who call themselves "Ztohoven", claim that the aim of the project - called Media Reality - was to show how reality can be manipulated by the media.

They say they are not political and do not intend to intimidate society.

But Czech Television, which broadcast the hacked Panorama programme, said the stunt was "very unsuitable and could have frightened a lot of people".

In order to hack into the broadcast, the group is said to have climbed up a television tower near the Krkonose ("Giant Mountains") in the northern Czech Republic and connected a computer to the camera and broadcast cable.

Ztohoven are no strangers to publicity stunts.

When President Vaclav Havel stepped down in January 2003, they covered up part of a neon heart sculpture in his honour at Prague Castle and turned it into a giant question mark.

A state prosecutor in the northern town of Trutnov said that a trial could start this month.

If found guilty, the six could face a heavy fine or a maximum sentence of three years in jail.

    Bin laDEN TRANSCRIPT

He says its against Islam to burn humans, even ants, but he obtained a fatwa to kill 10 million Americans with a nuke?

What I got from a first reading is that they don't plan on using a nuke in USA,
Binny took alot of grief from peers and religious leaders for not giving USA the proper warning before 911, chance to convert to Islam. This is an Islamic warning.

And he seems to be doing so now, WHICH MAY FORTEL an attack soon.

    Update:
The vid title is "The Solution"
The BLACK beard is a sign of being at war.
He has no gun in view.
His hands are in front of him in a non threatening way.
He argues USA joining Islam from the indigenous point of view, ie lower taxes.
An sincere attempt to convert USA, using argument based on our interests.
He in effect says there are no innocent in USA.
But have we had the offer of truce yet?
    His last video I believe.
    Binny sounds almost sad.

    Feels like something big.

ODD video graphic freezes at 1:54, while audio goes on ( you can hear the beep beep as the video battery goes dead)? ( use zoom feature )

    Gerald

Update: The accoustic signature indicates it was recorded in a cave or cave like structure and made with poorly maintained equiptment, there is a drive wheel that
squeeks all the way through the vid in the background, all indications Binny himself
made the tape. made both with audio recorder and video recorder.
VHS from the sound of the squeaking drive wheel.

At 9:35 they switch the Arabic sub-title to English.

    Validation for Nuking Iran

Dining In the Gulf on roast chicken in the Admiral's wood-paneled quarters, the Commander says "the only rationale that the Church recognizes for a just war is when all other means have been exhausted."

He asks: "How can a Christian believer, how can God approve of arbitrarily destroying millions of Iranians? Do you think you have some special assignment from Heaven?"

"What if while we dither, the Iranians wipe out Israel and then hold a wimpy world at bay with nuclear missiles?" the Admiral replies. "Or they take out just one of our major cities and then say, 'let's talk.' Could that possibly be God's plan? The Iranians, the mullahs, say it is."

Citing 1500 years of what he considers barbaric Islamic aggression against the West, the Admiral says: "You ask what would I say to God after a preemptive strike...What do our leaders say to God if they let us be attacked when they could have prevented it? Has God removed suicide from the list of mortal sins?"

    Iran's self destruction, Flank speed

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki even stated that Iran aspires to become an exporter nuclear fuel, and said that "producing nuclear fuel is our essential goal, for we aim to supply some of the nuclear fuel....

A June 10, 2007 editorial by Parviz Esmaili, editor of the Mehr news agency and of the Iranian foreign ministry's daily, Tehran Times, stated that Iran was currently operating about 1,640 centrifuges: "...Technically speaking, Iran is [now] in a completely different situation than it was when [Security Council] Resolution 1747 was issued... In the area of uranium enrichment, it has completed the stage of research and laboratory [experiments], and with the activation of 10 cascades and the successful injection of UF6, it has entered the industrial phase..."(31)

"In April 2004, my students and I stayed at the Isfahan UCF and did not delay our work at all, out of our desire to give the Iranian people a real [nuclear] celebration... We wanted to produce 1,200 [kilograms] of yellow cake, and we [eventually] produced 1,230 kilograms... Once, our [only] wish was to produce [even] a single gram of yellow cake. Now we have 160 tons of UF6, and we are seventh [country] in the world to produce UF6..."(36)

In a lecture in late May 2007 at Gilan University, Dr. Hassan Abbasi, a theoretician of Revolutionary Guards intelligence, and head of the Revolutionary Guards' Center for Doctrinaire Affairs of National Security, said that the U.S. would eventually be forced to accept Iran's status as a nuclear country, since it has completed the process of attaining nuclear capabilities: "Iran and America," he said, "are like two cars heading towards one another at great speed. Eventually, one of them will have to back down and [swerve]... During the recent period [of confrontation], Iran has been taking a [major] step every three months. First it activated the UCF in Isfahan, then the [Uranium Enrichment] Facility in Natanz and [finally] the heavy water [plant] in Arak, and thus crossed the nuclear threshold..."(37)

On April 16, 2007, Sobh-e Sadeq published an editorial titled "A Nuclear Fuel Cycle on an Industrial [Scale] – Iran's Practical Answer to Resolution 1747," which analyzed the current state of Iran's nuclear program. The editorial emphasized that, in light of Ahmadinejad's announcement that Iran was producing nuclear fuel on an industrial scale, Iran could shift its nuclear program to a military track at any time, should the leaders of the regime wish to do so. The article also stated that, due to the Western pressures, Iran would develop its nuclear program in secret. (42)

In parallel to the statements expressing Iran's determination to continue its nuclear program, and in response to the possibility of a Western military strike, Iranian security sources have threatened that such a strike would have dire consequences: America's allies in the Gulf would be attacked; Iran would allow terrorists from Al-Qaeda and other organizations free passage across its borders, thus giving them access to the entire Middle East; U.S. military bases in the region would be targeted; and Iran would cause oil prices to rise to $250 a barrel, which would be "a death blow" to the American and European economies.

An al-Qaeda commander in Afghanistan has been ordered to break off contacts with colleagues after being linked to a string of arrests in Saudi Arabia.

Militant Islamic forums have been carrying a message appealing to Abu Nasser al-Qahtani to cease making direct contact with people in Saudi Arabia and blaming him for the arrest of 23 people there.

The message says: "The brothers are asking you not to contact anyone in person, but do it through others instead, the leader does not make calls in person. With every call a brother is detained and God help us."

Al-Qahtani was one of 16 al-Qaeda suspects who escaped from US detention at Bagram Airbase in July last year.

He is now leading attacks against US troops in the Khost area and has featured in two recent official al-Qaeda videos.

Syria backing Fath Al-Islam militants: to avoid investigation.

The Lebanese government and the March 14 forces are accusing Syria of training and arming the Fath Al-Islam militants, and of bringing them into Lebanon. They are claiming that Syria ordered the organization to launch a large-scale attack on the Lebanese army at this point in time so as to prevent the U.N. Security Council from approving the establishment of an international tribunal for the Al-Hariri assassination.

Furthermore, the March 14 Forces link Fath Al-Islam's attack on the Lebanese army to the threats made recently by Syrian President Bashar Assad, which were reported by numerous media outlets. According to the reports, Assad threatened, in a conversation with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, to set fire to the region "from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean"; another time, he threatened that civil war would break out in Lebanon if the tribunal was approved.

KABUL, Afghanistan, June 6 — An Afghan journalist was shot dead by unknown gunmen in her home north of Kabul on Tuesday night as she slept beside her 10-month-old baby, Afghan officials said Wednesday.

The journalist, Zakia Zaki, 38, was the director of a private local radio station in Jabal-us-Siraj, an hour’s drive north of the capital, Kabul. She was shot seven times, said Abdul Jabar Taqwa, the governor of Parwan Province. The baby survived.

Ms. Zaki, the mother of six children, had been receiving threats for the last few months demanding that she take the station off the air, Mr. Taqwa said. The nature of the threats was unclear, but she had been involved in women’s rights advocacy and political activity.

Israel wants nuclear deadline for Iran

Israel will propose to the United States an end-of-year deadline for Iran to show it is backing down from its nuclear ambitions.

Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz, who heads the Israeli team in the U.S.-Israel strategic dialogue, said he would propose the deadline Thursday, when the dialogue participants meet for the second time this year.

"Sanctions must be strong enough to bring about change in the Iranians by the end of 2007," Mofaz told a group of Hebrew-speaking reporters after meeting Wednesday with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

Mofaz also said that it was his understanding that the United States was prepared to lead a separate bid to increase sanctions against Iran if the U.N. Security Council does not authorize new sanctions.

Iranian Atomic Energy Organization director Gholam Reza Aghazadeh... He said, "Iran's program is not to install and operate only 3,000 centrifuges at the Natanz uranium enrichment facilities, but 50,000... We planned and invested for [the installation of] 50,000 centrifuges. The infrastructure that has been established – including equipment for air filtering, electricity, a new air supply, and everything required for this industry – was for 50,000 centrifuges...and in the past year our young scientists have managed to produce 270 tons of UF6....This is the accomplishment of some 3,000 expert scientists and the best of the forces that worked in the past year night and day at the Natanz facility." ( 3,OOO SCIENTISTS DAY AND NIGHT, FOR FUEL? or a nuke? )

In an April 10 lecture on the current state of Iran's nuclear dossier to students and lecturers at Babol University , Hossein Shariatmadari, editor of the Kayhan daily said, "A country that has attained the knowledge and technology of uranium enrichment is only one step away from producing nuclear weapons. This [additional] step is not a scientific or a technical step, but a matter of political decision. ( IRAN IS BUILDING A NUKE )

Kayhan: "The West Must Expect a Shock from Iran at Any Moment"
    (A KOREA NUKE TYPE TEST?)

In an April 10, 2007 editorial headlined "Strategy of Ambiguity," Kayhan noted that since Iran had reached the point of no return in its nuclear program, it could shape its nuclear program in accordance with its political aspirations. The paper said that Iran was now acting far from the eyes of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and that this will enable it to surprise the West – which should at any moment expect an earthshaking announcement from Iran.

...the eyes of the IAEA – the intelligence agency of the West – are finding it more difficult every day [to monitor Iran's activities].... When sanctions resolution 1747 was passed, Iran further reduced IAEA access [to its nuclear facilities] by stopping the implementation of the agreements connected to the 'Safeguards Agreement.'

The path is completely clear... From now on, Westerners must expect a shock from Iran at any moment. It is true that our hands are tied in the Security Council, ....But the Westerners must not forget that Iran's hands are completely free in its nuclear facilities, and that any sanctions resolution in New York... accelerates our technological progress at Natanz. The new surprise has begun...

Tehran Times Editor: Recognize Iran's Nuclear Rights – Or "The World Will Again Witness the Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons" ( IF WE DO NOTHING THEY WILL HAVE A NUKE, USA HAS NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO STRIKE THEM )

In an article in the Iranian daily Tehran Times, which is identified with Iran's Foreign Ministry, Pervez Ismaili, who is also the editor-in-chief of the conservative Iranian news agency Mehr, stated that the West must recognize Iran's nuclear rights, because Iran had reached the point of no return in its nuclear program. The following are the main points of the article, in the original English:

"...What happened in Iran on Monday provides a great opportunity for the international community. In the current situation, particularly since the 1990s, all nuclear tensions are focused on the idea that there is only a short distance between attaining the expertise required for gaining access to the complete nuclear fuel cycle to produce nuclear fuel for peaceful purposes and using that ability to produce nuclear weapons…( JUST KEEP centrifuges RUNNING FOR MORE CYCLES = WEAPONS GRADE )

"However, the West's severe reaction to Iran's transparent nuclear measures will certainly encourage developing countries to limit transparency or even to establish secret underground installations and eventually withdraw from the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in order to maintain their national interests… If the international community fails to resolve the current crisis as soon as possible by accepting Iran's model, the world will again witness the proliferation of nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction in the near future, regardless of the outcome of the confrontation with Iran ( TRANSLATION: ACCEPT IRAN WILL HAVE NUKES, EVEN IF YOU BOMB IRAN, SO DON'T BOMB US )

USA ISRAEL DON'T HAVE MUCH CHOICE.

IF THEY HIT IRAN, IT STOPS DEVELOPMENT, TAKE OUT LEADERSHIP, MAYBE CHANGES IRAN'S COURSE, EITHER WAY IT BUYS SOME TIME.

Iran can be forced to negotiate.

US army chief: Narrow space left for stopping Iran attaining nuke

    May 24, 2009, 6:15 AM (GMT+02:

    Ad. Mike Mullen
    Ad. Mike Mullen
Adm. Mike Mullen, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, issued his most serious warning yet about the approach of a nuclear-armed Iran: "Most of us believe that Iran is one to three years" from developing a nuclear weapon… depending on where they are right now. But they are moving closer, clearly, and they continue to do that," he told ABC's "This Week" Sunday, May 24. He indicated that an Iran could develop a nuke at any time from one to three years hence.
"That's why this engagement in dialogue is so important. I think we should do that with all options on the table…" although a "pretty narrow space" is left for a successful outcome meaning Ira does not end up with nuclear weapons.
At the same time, Mullen said a military strike against Iran's nuclear facilities could have grave consequences – but so too would a nuclear-armed Iran.
In talks with Israeli prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu on May 18, US president Barack Obama said the talks with Iran he is seeking cannot "go on forever" and agreed that at the end of the year, progress would be evaluated.
Israel defense minister Ehud Barak visits Washington in the next few days.

If someone were to stike N. Korea HARD, they would have little counter response left, and would be a clear message to Iran.
It maybe safer and eaiser to hit N.Korea than Iran. G
