ISLAMABAD, Pakistan—What if the Americans are planning another 9/11 type of an attack on their soil, with the intention of putting the blame on Pakistan, just to be able to get from us whatever they want? They have given many indications for such a cooked-up attack.

Under the circumstances, all we say is that we should be prepared for such an eventuality. Why are we so backward? Why are our politicians and stupid leaders not raising an outcry about it from now? After all, the Americans start warning on things they are planning to do ahead of time.

(CNN) — Saudi Arabia could have helped the United States prevent al Qaeda’s 2001 attacks on New York and Washington if American officials had consulted Saudi authorities in a “credible” way, the kingdom’s former ambassador said in a documentary aired Thursday.

Al-Qaeda to release third 9/11 video: reports

WASHINGTON (AFP) — Al-Qaeda will release a third video marking the sixth anniversary of the September 11 attacks, this time showing its top leader in Afghanistan, US monitoring groups said Wednesday.

After releasing two videos featuring Al-Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden in recent days, the terror network will now show a video "presenting reasons and motives for the attacks on New York and Washington," the SITE Intelligence Group said in a press release.

The new video will show Al-Qaeda's chief in Afghanistan, Mustafa Abu Al-Yazid, also known as Sheikh Said, said SITE, which monitors Islamic extremist websites.

The tape also features a montage of images showing the burning World Trade Center towers in New York and individuals such as Saudi King Abdullah, SITE said.

Another US-based monitoring group, IntelCenter, said it expected the video to be released by Al-Qaeda withing 72 hours. source

WASHINGTON, 11 (UPI) -- A Washington-based U.S. Muslim advocacy group Tuesday condemned a new video in which Osama bin Laden praises a Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist.

"The despicable actions of the 9/11 hijackers should be repudiated by all Muslims, not praised as examples to follow," a statement from the Council on American-Islamic Relations said. "There can be no moral, ethical or religious justification for such cowardly attacks on innocent civilians. CAIR joins with Americans of all faiths in mourning the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001, and asks that we all use today's anniversary to enhance our efforts to repudiate religious extremism and to promote mutual understanding."

The organization pointed out that it condemned the 2001 attacks within hours.

But I just couldn't get past the Glaring inconsistencies.
