Examination of the full text of the al Qaeda leader’s second audio-taped message in three days, aired On May 18, shows him exploiting the Palestinian issue to fan the flames of the Sunni-Shiite dispute raging in Iraq and Lebanon - and carry it over to the Gaza Strip.

His 22-minute diatribe calls Arab leaders “agents of crusaders,” and “wolves,” who have stopped taking instructions from Islam and take them from the United States. The only Arab leader bin Laden singles out by name is Hizballah’s secretary general Hassan Nasrallah.

He says: He claimed [in starting the 2006 Lebanon War] that he had enough resources, such as money and combatants, to fight Israel. “But the truth is the opposite.” Al Qaeda’s leader asks: “If he were honest and had enough resources, why then did he not support the fight to liberate Palestinian?”

Bin Laden also attacked Nasrallah for allowing the deployment of UN peacekeepers in South Lebanon “to protect the Jews.”

The Sunni terrorist chief went on to lambast Shiite Iran for its efforts to dominate the Middle East.

The message, released to mark Israel’s 60th anniversary, pandered to anger in the Arab world over US president George W. Bush’s fulsome praise of Israel. He called on Muslims to ignore the Islamic prohibition against raising arms against fellow Muslims, pointing to the kings and leaders who “sacrificed Palestine and al Aqsa to keep their crowns.” They have decided that peace with the Zionists is their strategic option, “so damn their decision,” bin Laden said.

DEBKAfile’s terror experts note that, without saying so, Osama bin Laden has fetched up in for the first time in the same corner as the United States, Israel and Sunni Arab governments in opposing Iran’s attempts to dominate Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

Several people were feared killed on Thursday when a suicide bomber blew himself up at the office of an Islamic group in Pakistan's restive Khyber Agency, officials said.

The suicide bomber targeted the office of the ''Amar bil maroof wa nahee aanelmunkar'' (promotion of virtue and prevention of vice force), the religious police of a group led by Haji Namdar at Bara, the main town of the northwestern Khyber Agency.

A spokesman for Haji Namdar said the head of the suicide bomber has been found.

Official sources said Haji Namdar ( Taliban ) was the actual target of the attack though he escaped unhurt. He is a rival of Mangal Bagh Afridi, another radical leader who heads the Lashkar-e-Islam group.

My speech to you is about the siege of Ghazza[sic] and the way to rescue it as well all Palestine from the Zionist enemy. To start I say, from the great disasters which make men's hearts being broken is to see their children exposed to the slow death before their eyes because of the bad nutrition and nonexistence of medicaments as a result of the unjust siege.

NOTHING ABOUT AL QAEDA'S SIEGE ON IRAQ, KILLING MOSLEMS WOMEN AND CHILDREN WITH MARKET PLACE BOMBINGS.

My Ummah, Palestine and its people are suffering from the two bitter things a century ago at the hands of the Christians and Jews. Both of them took it from us by iron and fire not by negotiations and dialogue. So it can't be recuperated except by iron, the iron can't be notched but by itself, for Allah said:

FOR 30 PLUS YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN FIGHITING, AND BINYS ANSWER IS MORE FIGHTING.

Then fight O Muhammad (peace be upon him) in the Cause of Allâh, you are not tasked except for yourself, and incite the believers, it may be that Allâh will restrain the evil might of the disbelievers. And Allâh is Stronger in Might and Stronger in punishing. (4:84).

INCITE THE BELIEVERS AGAINST AL QAEDA KILLING MOSLEMS.

By inciting and fighting, the disbelievers will stop their aggression, so what prevent us to do Jihad in the Cause of Allah? It is the countless fetters imposed by the Zionist/Crusader alliance on the governors of the region, these governors also fetter us by their Ulamaa and their media.

AL QAEDA FETTERS YOU WITH BEHEADINGS AND MURDER.

O slaves of Allah, this unjust siege of Ghazza[sic] confirmed that the sons and leaders of this Ummah are besieged from the enemies, they are weak-willed and have no freedom except a few people. This leadership showed its feebleness and its humiliation, so how can the one who is besieged to end the siege of the others, the incapacitated one has nothing to do or to give.

THE BESIEGED ARE ABLE TO FIRE ROCKETS INTO CIVILIANS AND CHILDREN.

This is the bitter reality that we are facing and that we should find right solutions for it away from the useless thinking and ideas adopted by our enemies from the region's governors.

Despite of this hard siege imposed on you O my Islamic Ummah, you still have a great opportunity to regain your freedom to go out of the submission to and the dependence of this Crusader/Zionist alliance. To reach that, you should free yourself from the fetters of humiliation and subservience shackling us by the agents of this alliance who are our countries' governors and their helpers especially the fetters of the Ulamaa of the Sultan, as well the fetters of the Islamic groups which transform their method to recognize the governor who betrayed the religion and the Ummah, and they join the political process of the state of this governor, and no difference for them if they are in the rule or opposition.

Or these other groups which exaggerate in wariness from the Jihad till the degree of fear hindering people from making it while it is the most important worship the governor forbid people from it, and it is the way to stop the disbelievers' aggression and to make an end for the siege imposed on the Muslims.

Some of these groups encourage the fawning on the governor and forbid the Jihad under the pretext of the dawaa interest, till this allegation became an idol worshipped besides Allah, and that leads to giving priority to the orders of the group's leaders instead of the orders of Allah and His messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), and this is the manifest error.

AND BINY THINKS HE SPEAKS FOR ALLAH, BLASPHEMER.

My Islamic Ummah, the liberation from these false fetters and the total submission and slavery for Allah Who has no partner is the way to make the man free; then he can participate in freeing his Ummah, Palestine and al-Aqsa masjid. By that he can find the open doors leading to the way of freedom and dignity, to the fields of men and combat, to the battlefields and the fighting in the cause of Allah, like in Afghanistan, Wazirestan, the Islamic Maghreb, Somalia, Kashmeer, Chechnya and most important of them Baghdad the capital of the Caliphate and its neighborhoods in which the enemies being defeated. In these fields and under the shadows of swords the glory is growing, the oppressors being defeated and the believers breasts being healed.

My Islamic Ummah, it is not hidden from you that the fields of the Jihad today for standing up for our people in Palestine is the Iraq's field, so you should concentrate on it and support the Jihad there. The help and supporting the Jihad in Iraq is the duty of the neighboring countries, so the Levant's people all the Levant, the blessed land's people must feel the great grace of Allah on them and they must support and help their brothers Mujahideen in Iraq, by Allah it is a great opportunity and a big duty for our brothers immigrants from Palestine who are interdicted from the Jihad in al-Quds, they should forget the illusions of the parties and groups drowning in the stratagem of the polytheist democracy, and should hurry to take their sites in the frontlines of the Mujahideen in al-Rafedain Land to be the real support and to trust in Allah. Then He will help them to be the point of departure towards the blessed Aqsa Masjid, so the Mujahideen from outside Palestine will meet their brothers inside it to iterate another Hitteen battle, then the Muslims will be victorious.

My Islamic Ummah, the siege to the degree of the death is a great and unsightly injustice, him who made it or participated in it is merciless with a hard heart, for our prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) said:

"A woman had ended up in the hellfire for a cat, she tied it up and didn't feed the cat or let it free to search for food itself till it was dead".

HE DID NOT SAY BEHEAD OR BOMB IT.

O slaves of Allah, this the fate of him who besieged the cat till the death, what about besieging hundreds of thousands of orphan children and widows. It is a great crime that my words can't describe it.

BUT BINYS ACTIONS DO DESCRIBE IT, BOMBING MOSQUES MARKET PLACES KILLING CHILDREN, WOMEN. IS THAT NOT A CRIME AGAINST ALLAH?

My Islamic Ummah, this deathly siege started after the approval of the Arabs of Anapolis to America and the Zionists against the Mujahideen in Palestine, and this is one of the ten Islam's nullifiers. So by this they are partners in this unsightly crime, and the Muslims should hate them, ask Allah to retaliate upon them and proceed to remove them, as well to disown them publicly, and for those who couldn't do it publicly they should disown them secretly by their hearts.


And what made things worse that the prominent Ulamaa in the last tribulation of the Ummah started misleading people by extolling the governors and making the hope of the Ummah on them to end the siege, while they know that these governors are a principal basic element in the crime of this siege.

Palestine will return to us if we awaked from our heedlessness, hold to our religion and if we sacrificed for it with our money and souls.

Iran can take out 1/2 Israel, Syria's help..

Iranian Website: In Response to an Israeli Attack, Iran Can, With Syria's Help, Wipe Out Half of Israel

Following reports on Israel's January 17, 2008 test of the Jericho III missile, which has a range of 4,500 km, the Iranian website Tabnak, which is affiliated with Iranian Expediency Council secretary and former Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) commander Mohsen Rezai, wrote that the missile's addition to Israel's arsenal does not change the balance of power between Israel and Iran.

The website stated that in the event of a conflict with Israel, Iran would use its strategic alliance with Syria to fire missiles at Israel from Syrian territory. [1] It also hinted that, in addition to assistance from Syria, any attack by Israel would also bring retaliation by Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Hizbullah. [2]

Further, in an interview on Al-Jazeera TV, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dismissed the Israeli missile test, saying that "even before this missile test, the Zionist regime enjoyed this military technology, because of its support from several powers. But such measures will not improve its situation, and will not prevent its fall. The Zionist regime has lost the rationale on which its existence was based,and all nations identify it as criminal. Therefore, it will not achieve legitimacy for its existence through threats and sowing fear." [3]

"...The message to Iran from Israel's test of the new Jericho III missile is that this missile is, according to Israel, capable of travelling 4,500 km and striking any point in Iran. If these statements are true, then the Israelis have made several fundamental mistakes in sending [this] threatening message to Iran...:

"1. Iran's defense strategy towards any type of possible attack, by Israel or by the U.S., is based on [the assumption] that both are capable [of carrying out] a missile attack and an aerial attack on Iranian targets. Iran has never denied that Israel and the U.S. are capable [of carrying out] a missile or aerial attack on it.

"2. The fundamental assumption of Iran's strategy is that [even] if Israel did not have long-range missiles aimed at Iran, the U.S. would arm it with long-range strategic missiles as soon as it could.

"3. Any country determines, and deploys, its strategic missile launching system based on its geographical breadth. Accordingly, Israel automatically comes up against a difficult limitation: While Iran's area is 1,648,195 [square] km, the area of 'the regime that occupies Jerusalem' [i.e. Israel] is 26,323 [square] km, and if we subtract the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, [this area] shrinks to 20,150 [square km]. This means that [even] if Israel can fire 100 missiles a day at Iran, and hit 100 cities, Iran can [launch] thousands of missiles, and with them eradicate half of Israel. For this reason, the missile balance between the sides will end up in Iran's favor.

"4. In the event of an attack on Iran, if the Iran-Syria Joint Strategic Defense Agreement is implemented, Iran need not launch long-range missiles from its territory, [but rather] will be able to face Israel with a wave of missile attacks from [missiles with] a maximum range of 500 km, and with much higher explosive potential. At the same time, [even] if we leave out reciprocal attacks by the Islamic resistance in Lebanon [i.e. Hizbullah], Iran and Syria know very well that an attack on Iran will bring in its wake an attack on Syria, and that an attack on Syria will bring in its wake an attack on Iran - and that in both situations, the third target or the parallel [target] are the Islamic Resistance [organizations] in Lebanon and Palestine. If, prior [to such an attack], Iran employs joint defense measures, and arms itself with a missile defense system through cooperating with Syria, Israel will beyond a doubt receive a crushing response if it attacks Iran.

"5. [The placement of] Iran's missile sites is based on the doctrine of irregular warfare. Accordingly, neither Israel nor the U.S. can take out Iran's missile sites in a single surprise attack. For the same reason, Iran's strategic missile defense doctrine benefits from the advantage of [territorial] depth, particularly because Iran can use at least 400,000 square km of its territory as an effective area for aiming [its missiles] at Israel, since it has the benefit of mountainous topography, not a plain.

"6. In the past decade, Iran has focused on developing long-range missiles with a range of 3,000 km, in order to benefit from deterrent defense power in the face of any possible Israeli attack. [5] The Israelis know that because [Iran's missiles have attained] a range of 2,500 km, they are in Iran's range of fire, and [they also know that] the shorter the missile's range, the greater its explosive power. For this reason, Iran's missiles have a very great explosive power.

"Therefore, it can be explicitly said that Israel's recent missile test, on January 17, changes Iran's missile defense balance [against Israel] not one whit, and does not impinge on a single one of its defense doctrines... For this reason, this missile test does not create a new situation or [new] result, in any arena of possible confrontation between Iran and Israel...

"Thus [it appears that] the real idea behind this Israeli missile test is psychological warfare [in order to affect] public opinion in Israel, and not psychological warfare against Iran."
