Biny and big Z close to capture

Updated at: 2200 PST, Sunday, September 28, 2008

NEW YORK: President Asif Ali Zardari Sunday said those who ‘martyred’ his wife and former prime minister, Benazir Bhutto could also target him.

In an interview given to an American news channel, Zardari said he had no knowledge regarding Usama Bin Laden’s presence in Pakistan territory.

“Usama Bin Laden, and Aiman Al-Zawahiri when arrested will be tried in Pakistan’s court. They could also be handed over to the U.S. on friends’ advice,” he said.

The President ruled out the possibility of war between Pakistan and the U.S. “Friendly fire is a normal thing even among the U.S. soldiers,” he added.

    NO tourism with Terrorism.

The only way out for Afghan and Paki wealthy/business is to turn in Biny and Zee,
    REWARD: report terrorist in Secret
Then Convert or take out the Taliban.

And USA will go home, and everything will move to a "Policing Paradigm"
and off the "War paradigm". You can have tourism in a low grade policing action.

They have to take out al Qaeda's backbone and gut them.
USA will not settle for less.
Then USA can come home. ( well 90% of it )

History tends to bottom line everything, WWII allies won, axis loss.

George Bush will be viewed as a big success, No terrorist attacks during his presidency.

The only way George will be viewed as a failure is if Iran gets nukes on George's WATCH.
Iran got nukes during his presidency. Bottom lines.

Bin Laden may be dead, old news here.

    Monday, February 11, 2008 Geostrategy-Direct.com

Bin Laden may be dead, but living on through old sound bites

U.S. intelligence agencies are beginning to suspect that Al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden is dead after all, despite a recent audio tape exhorting Al Qaida terrorists in Iraq.

Undated footage from the Internet shows Al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden making statements from an unknown location. Reuters
The Al Qaida leader who was the main force behind the September 11, 2001 attacks on New York and Washington, was last heard on an audio tape released Dec. 30. The tape mentioned Iraqis who are opposing Al Qaida, but there has been no specific time referenced from his last two messages. An earlier message in October also exhorted Al Qaida to fight in Iraq.

Questions about Bin Laden are being raised by intelligence officials who say that without a specific time mark with a photo of Bin Laden, his presence cannot be confirmed and the most recent statements could have been put together from older audio.

Al Qaida operates a very sophisticated propaganda operations that includes the use of audio and videotape messages to rally followers and to recruit new jihadists.

The new analysis of Bin Laden follows the death of No. 3 Al Qaida leader Abu Laith Al Libi, who was killed last week in a CIA-led operation in Pakistan that involved an armed unmanned aerial vehicle attack.

Asked about U.S. military or intelligence involving in the terrorist killing, Adm. Michael Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters: "I'm not going to talk any more about the operational side of this, of how that in fact occurred."

Mullen called al Libi a key figure in Al Qaida and said "elimination of someone like that is a very important outcome in terms of this long war."

Mullen also said safe havens for Al Qaida in Pakistan remain a concern and to be able to conduct an operation in the area was "important."

    Bin Laden's Motives, Pressures, lies.

THE MIDDLE EAST MEDIA RESEARCH INSTITUTE

In the beginning of his address, bin Laden criticizes the Europeans for participating in the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan following the 9/11 attacks while knowing that the Afghans and their government had in no way been involved in these attacks. He states: "America was aware of this fact, because they [i.e. the Americans] had captured several Taliban ministers and had interrogated them... That is why the Taliban government requested that the U.S. produce evidence in support of their [accusations] prior to the invasion. But America failed to produce any evidence, and insisted on invading [Afghanistan without evidence] - and Europe followed suit..."

( it would seem Biny is trying to shift blame from himself to USA for the attack on the Taliban. Ole Biny lied to the Taliban, he initally told them he had nothing to do with the 911 attack.)

"In this war, you combined two injustices... [First], you did not possess even one piece of evidence admissible in court... You destroyed Al-Qaeda's camps, killing some of its members and capturing others, most of them from Pakistan. What, then, is Afghanistan's sin that you continue this unjust war against it? [The Afghans'] only sin is being Muslims. This reveals the extent of the Crusaders' malice towards Islam and its followers.

( USA had requested the Taliban produce Biny for the 911 attacks and the Taliban sheilded and protected Biny on the basis of Biny's assurances he had nothing to do with 911, and USA mopped the floor with the Taliban looking for Binny. THIS IS BINY ATTEMPT TO SHIFT THE BLAME FOR THE AFGHAN WAR FROM HIMSELF TO USA. It would appear the Taliban maybe pressuring and blaming Biny for this Afghan mess, and rightly so. )

"Second... you have not observed the ethics and rules of warfare. Most of the intended victims of your attacks are women and children. [Even though] you know that our women do not fight... you kill them, hoping thereby to crush the mujahideen's morale. This will not help you... [because] we are determined... to continue taking our revenge on the unjust and to expel the occupying invaders."

( Biny knows who kills women, children and bombs Mosques and market places, and it isn't USA. The Taliban maybe blaming Biny for the mess and he is trying to shift blame away himself. Biny himself has established the basis for the Taliban removing him from his protected "GUEST" status. Biny suckered the Taliban into providing his guest status with lies and Black Magic.)

Biny for 3 yrs wages: Whole Country

    Might work:

    Paul Abrams

    Paul Abrams

Consider a radically different approach to the entire mess. Bin Laden and Zawahiri are thought to be hiding in various parts of the area in Pakistan called the "Federally Administered Tribal Areas" (FATA). It is difficult military terrain, hard to penetrate, and the people are sympathetic to the Taliban and their cause. The Pakistani Army is not very popular there, and elements of the Pakistani intelligence services were supporters of the Taliban pre-9/11. We have bounties on the head of bin Laden and Zawahiri, but who would ever cough them up, knowing that they and their families would be executed before they would ever see any money?

Taking the FATA region as a whole, there are approximately 3 million inhabitants. The per capital income in Pakistan is about $800 per year (according to figures from 2005, perhaps slightly higher today, but not much). The Pakistani Armed Forces are about 1 million strong. Let us suppose that they earn 3 times the per capita income, and that the people in the FATA region are at the national average.

What if we changed the game completely. Instead of a single bounty on their heads, we offer the 3 milllion people of the region 3 years of income (i.e., $2400/person) or $7.2B, about 2-3 weeks of operations in Iraq. Large families of 20 people, therefore, would wind up with $48,000, a huge sum in Pakistan. Means for distributing the money would have to be established, and systems to prevent a flood on the market would need to be considered. Aggregating the sums further on a village level would provide the people opportunities to improve the material parts of their lives substantially.

In order to ensure the military was on the same page, we could offer $5000 per soldier, costing us another $5B, so the total cost of this program would be about a month's worth of Iraq spending.

What's the deal? They have to produce both Osama and Zawahiri. Since everyone in the FATA is benefiting, and thus everyone is involved, the risk of execution for producing them is reduced. Because he would have been coughed up by their own people, neither would have been killed by the hands of the Western infidels, or even the Pakistani infidels, and thus the attraction of their martyrdom would be substantially diminished. That would be the ultimate defeat for both of them.

I realize that administering such a program, preventing graft, and ensuring the resources went to the right people would be very challenging. But, as challenging as hunting through the mountains with US or Pakistani soldiers? As challenging as bringing Sunnis, Shia and Kurds to an agreed powersharing in Iraq? As challenging as preventing more jihad-recruiting by military means?

And, here's the beauty of the program: it only is triggered when Osama and Zawahiri are produced. It costs no US soldiers their lives or limbs. And, it does not cost a dime unless we get the result.
