    Urdu, telecast:

Pervez MusharrafImage via WikipediaOriginally published by Geo TV, Karachi, in Urdu 1600 15 Jul 08.

Karachi Geo News television in Urdu at 1600 gmt on 15 July relays live regularly scheduled "Today with Kamran Khan" programme. Noted Pakistani journalist Kamran Khan reviews, discusses and analyzes major day-to-day developments with government ministers and officials, opposition leaders, and prominent analysts in Geo TV's flagship programme. Words within double slant lines are in English.

    Segment I

Kamran Khan says: unabated violence continues in Iraq even after five years of American occupation and the latest suicide bombing today killed 31 prospective Iraqi police recruits. Khan adds: the suicide attack comes in wake of repeated claims by the American president and the establishment that the situation in Iraq has vastly improved this year. Continuing, Khan says: according to latest figures 4,119 Americans have been killed in Iraq so far and although official figures say 100,000 Iraqi civilians have also been killed so far, unofficial figures speak of 600,000 Iraqis war- related casualties. Khan adds: 70 percent of Iraqi population has no drinking water and Iraq, which is the third largest oil producing country, faces power load shedding on regular basis and schools and hospitals are not functioning normally there. Continuing, Khan says: as America prepares for the presidential elections, Barack Obama, "first black American presidential candidate" and who according to polls is likely to win the elections, has pledged to the American people that he would end American occupation of Iraq and withdraw American troops from there by 2009.

Kamran Khan establishes video link in Lahore with Shamshad Ahmed Khan, prominent analyst and Pakistan's former foreign secretary, and asks him whether the American military, establishment and other American institutions would allow Obama to fulfill his commitment to withdraw all American troops from Iraq by 2009. Shamshad Ahmed Khan says: "there has been a //strong// perception right from the beginning in America about the Iraq war that it was a big mistake and America should withdraw from there as soon as possible." Shamshad Ahmed Khan adds: Americans also gave a clear verdict during the mid-term elections that US troops should be withdrawn from Iraq and Obama has now given a commitment that American troops would be withdrawn from Iraq by 2009. Continuing, Shamshad Ahmed Khan says: Pakistan's tribal areas have become focus of American attention because of "failures" in Iraq where no target has been achieved and resistance continues unabated. When Kamran Khan asks whether! it will be possible for any American President to withdraw troops from Iraq by 2009 and accept "defeat," Shamshad Ahmed Khan says the total withdrawal will not be possible, but effort would be made to "defuse" the situation in some way or other, which is a "big commitment" of the Democrat Party.

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Segment III

Kamran Khan says: in the background of reports that America is telling the Pakistan government that it is not satisfied with the situation in tribal areas, American and allied forces in "large numbers" have started arriving near the border across Pakistan's North Waziristan and South Waziristan. Khan adds: deployment of American and allied troops equipped with helicopters, heavy machineguns and artillery is hinting that, perhaps, a "major military operation" is about to be launched at the Afghan border next to North Waziristan and South Wazirstan. Continuing, Khan says the Pakistan government has repeatedly expressed its concern at any such planned incursion. Khan says: President Pervez Musharraf recently explained Pakistan's position in these words:

[Begin Musharraf recording, in English] The man in the street in Pakistan does not want any foreign intrusion into Pakistan. It is an issue of sovereignty of our country. And, United States or anyone who says that must understand the sensitivity of the man in the street. So, I don't think this is possible at all that any foreign forces will be allowed into Pakistan. It is militarily unwise and politically I don't think it is acceptable to the people of Pakistan. [end recording]

Kamran Khan says Asif Ali Zardari, Pakistan People's Party Co- chairman, in an interview in Dubai yesterday asked America that it should refrain from deploying troops near the Pakistan border as it will be a big mistake. Khan adds: Pakistani tribal leaders have also stated that they would "strongly" confront any attack on Pakistan's tribal areas and "tens of thousands" of tribesmen will take up arms against America.

Kamran Khan establishes video link in Peshawar with Sami Yusufzai, senior journalist and Newsweek correspondent in Pakistan, and asks him to confirm reports that American and allied troops are massing near the Pakistan border. Yusufzai says he talked to "sources" in Afghanistan's Paktia, Paktika and Khowst provinces adjoining Pakistan's North Waziristan and South Waziristan and they denied reported troop movement. Yusufzai says: the fact is that such an atmosphere has been built up due to recent [threatening] statements from the Afghan side that even a "minor movement" of troops generate fear in people's mind [about incursions into tribal areas]. Continuing, Yusufzai says: however, reports from Kunar province where a "large number" of American troops were killed on 13 July say that America believes that "Pakistani //volunteers//" and militants involved in the attacks on allied troops flee to Pakistan's Bajaur Agency and Mohmand Agency and that is why the American and allied troops have increased their movement and set up new check posts at that part of the border. Yusufzai does not believe that "America is in a //position// to make incursions into Pakistan's tribal areas and send its troops there." Yusufzai says: America is fully aware that Jihadi forces in Pakistan are highly anti-American and they could strike back deep inside Afghanistan against American and ISAF [International Security Assistance Force] troops. When Khan asked Yusufzai to comment on the latest warnings from the NATO commander to Pakistan and Mike Mullen's unscheduled visit to Pakistan, Yusufzai says: America may carry out [aerial and missile] attacks on a "//high value target//" or militant camps, but it will be "impossible for Americans to intrude into Pakistan." Yusufzai says: America is merely trying to put "//pressure//" on Pakistan to take "additional tough measures" in the tribal areas. Yusufzai, however, adds that American [missile attacks] were earlier targeting Al-Qa'ida elements in Pakistan's tribal areas, but now America will, perhaps, also target "local Pakistani mili tants and their camps."

Suicide bomber, 10 yr old Girl, choses to kill only herself

This isn't her but you get the Idea. G
10-Year-Old Al-Qaeda Girl Carries Out Suicide Bombing In Iraq

An Iraqi security source reports that Al-Qaeda sent a 10-year-old girl to carry out a suicide bombing at an Al-Sahwa (Awakening) forces building in a village north of Ba'aqubah, Iraq.

The girl blew herself up near the building but no one else was wounded.

The Iraqi website Alnajafnews noted that Al-Qaeda's use of children for suicide operations, which follows its use of women and mentally ill individuals, attests to the bankruptcy of the organization and to the fact that it can no longer influence anyone but children.

There is a strong probability she chose to blow up where she would hurt no one else. As she would have been given specific instructions to blow herself up in a group of people.
The 10 yr old GIRL had more courage, and morals then all the al Qaeda in Iraq together.
They have no shame or Honor.
May Allah bless the 10 yr old girl and burn those in hell that sent her.

    al Qaeda recruiting sociopath, psychopaths

Al-Qaeda offers 'head of American' as gift to Bush:
    20 April 2008 | 05:02 | FOCUS News Agency
Dubai. A leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq has announced a one-month campaign in which the group will "offer the head of an American" as a gift to US President George W. Bush, according to an audiotape made public on Saturday, AFP reported.
Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, better known as Abu Ayyub al-Masri, made the announcement in a speech entitled, "The Paths to Victory," monitored by the SITE Intelligence Group.
In the speech to Islamist forums, he said mujahedeen, or holy warriors, would "offer the head of an American as a gift to the deceitful Bush, in any manner (they) see fit."
The campaign, to be called "Attack of Righteousness," was announced in "celebration" of Bush announcing that 4,000 Americans had died in the war in Iraq.
Masri is regarded by US commanders as the real leader of Al-Qaeda in Iraq although the jihadist group constantly claims it is led by an Iraqi, Abu Omar al-Baghdadi.

    al Qaeda recruiting sociopath, psychopaths

Imagine - if you can - not having a conscience, none at all, no feelings of guilt or remorse no matter what you do, no limiting sense of concern for the well-being of strangers, friends, or even family members. Imagine no struggles with shame, not a single one in your whole life, no matter what kind of selfish, lazy, harmful, or immoral action you had taken.

And pretend that the concept of responsibility is unknown to you, except as a burden others seem to accept without question, like gullible fools.

Now add to this strange fantasy the ability to conceal from other people that your psychological makeup is radically different from theirs. Since everyone simply assumes that conscience is universal among human beings, hiding the fact that you are conscience-free is nearly effortless.

You are not held back from any of your desires by guilt or shame, and you are never confronted by others for your cold-bloodedness. The ice water in your veins is so bizarre, so completely outside of their personal experience, that they seldom even guess at your condition.

In other words, you are completely free of internal restraints, and your unhampered liberty to do just as you please, with no pangs of conscience, is conveniently invisible to the world.

You can do anything at all, and still your strange advantage over the majority of people, who are kept in line by their consciences will most likely remain undiscovered.

How will you live your life?

What will you do with your huge and secret advantage, and with the corresponding handicap of other people (conscience)?

The answer will depend largely on just what your desires happen to be, because people are not all the same. Even the profoundly unscrupulous are not all the same. Some people - whether they have a conscience or not - favor the ease of inertia, while others are filled with dreams and wild ambitions. Some human beings are brilliant and talented, some are dull-witted, and most, conscience or not, are somewhere in between. There are violent people and nonviolent ones, individuals who are motivated by blood lust and those who have no such appetites. [...]

Provided you are not forcibly stopped, you can do anything at all.

If you are born at the right time, with some access to family fortune, and you have a special talent for whipping up other people's hatred and sense of deprivation, you can arrange to kill large numbers of unsuspecting people. With enough money, you can accomplish this from far away, and you can sit back safely and watch in satisfaction. [...]

Crazy and frightening - and real, in about 4 percent of the population....

al Qaeda has recruited women, children, retarded mentally handicapped, even tricked
the people into suicide bombing. Now they are recruiting sociopaths, psychopaths to perform inhuman acts in the name of Allah.

With al-Qaeda on the run, Bush turns focus to Iran

The Iraq war has featured a changing cast of U.S. adversaries. Saddam Hussein. Sunni insurgents. Foreign fighters. Radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr.

In the latest shift, the two top U.S. officials in Iraq, Gen. David Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan Crocker, focused in this week's congressional testimony on "special groups" — Iranian-backed militias — as the greatest long-term threat to Iraqi democracy.

(Photo - In Basra: An Iraqi army colonel says these weapons found during a raid were made in Iran / AFP/Getty Images)

On Thursday, President Bush endorsed the officials' troop recommendations and again recast the enemy. Iraq, he said toward the end of his speech, is "the convergence point for two of the greatest threats to America in this new century: al-Qaeda and Iran."

There's no question that al-Qaeda and Iran represent threats. But to conflate the two is disingenuous and misleading:

THIS IS A NEWS ORG. THAT IS MISSING THE FACTS, AND PUTTING OUT A MISLEADING OPINION. THERE IS A DIRECT CONNECTION BETWEEN IRAN AND AL QAEDA .G

    * Al-Qaeda in Iraq is an enemy, pure and simple. It is an offshoot of the al-Qaeda network of Sunni Muslim fanatics that attacked the United States on 9/11, killing 3,000 people. It must be rooted out of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and anyplace else it establishes its malignant presence.

This is an easy sell to the American public, and, in the fight against al-Qaeda in Iraq, the news is good. It's on the run, in part because of the U.S. troop surge and in part because local Sunnis have turned against its medieval brutality.

    * Iran and Iranian-backed militias are a different matter. Iran is a strategic adversary that hasn't attacked the U.S. homeland. Its engagement with Iraq, its neighbor, is inevitable. Iran's strategy in Iraq appears to be to back many different groups of its fellow Shiites, including the Iraqi leadership.

AND aL QAEDA SUPPORT, MONEY, ARMS, AMMUNITION, AND MEDICAL SERVICES, TRAINING, IED's, EVEN DIPLOMATIC COVER. G

As Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., pointed out with some irritation at Tuesday's hearings, Iran's hard-line, anti-U.S. president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, was greeted in Iraq recently with red carpet treatment and kisses.

Dealing with Iran, and the militias it backs, is not as straightforward as dealing with al-Qaeda. Iran is a country, not a terror network. It's a rising power in the region, vying for influence with the United States. It has the potential to make great mischief, both in Iraq and through its sponsorship of Middle East militants.

    AND DEVELOPEMENT OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS.G

In fact, the United States and Iran are facing off in a duel almost as complex as that between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War. This requires a whole range of tools, beyond Bush's bellicose warning on Thursday that Tehran "has a choice to make." One key is to reinforce the sense of nationalism among Iraqi Shiites, many of whom are wary of too much Iranian influence, don't want to be sucked into the extremism of Iran's ayatollahs and have lingering resentment from the Iran-Iraq war.

Sunni al-Qaeda and Shiite Iran pose different challenges and require separate strategies. About the only thing they have in common is that neither would have a foothold in Iraq today had the United States not invaded and then mismanaged the aftermath.

PURE FABRICATION, NOT CONNECTED TO REALITY, THE AUTHOR SHOULD HAVE SOME FAMMILARITY WITH IRAQ BEFORE WRITING SUCH AN UNEDUCATED OPINION FOR USA TODAY.

"Sunni al-Qaeda and Shiite Iran...neither would have a foothold in Iraq today had the United States not invaded and then mismanaged the aftermath."

THE LACK OF LOGIC AND IGNORANCE OF THAT STATEMENT SHOULD CAUSE SOME FIRINGS AT USA TODAY.

IF USA HAD MANAGED THE AFTERMATH PERFECTLY, AL QAEDA AND IRAN WOULD HAVE STAYED OUT? THERE IS NO CAUSAL EFFECT EVEN REMOTELY RELATED.

ITS LIKE SAYING IN THE MIDDLE OF WWII IF USA HAD STAYED OUT OF EUROPE HITLER WOULDN'T HAVE A FOOTHOLD IN SPAIN? JUST IGNORANT.

MAYBE THEY ARE SAYING SADDAM WOULD STILL BE IN CHARGE OF IRAQ IF USA HAD NOT INVADED? BUT THEY DID NOT SAY THAT, BUT MAYBE THAT IS THEIR HYPOTHESIS BUT ARE TO COWARDLY TO JUST SAY THEY PREFER SADDAM TO A DEMOCRATIC IRAQ?

SUCH TRASH. YELLOW JOURNALISM AND ANTI-AMERICAN,

al Qaeda the Party is over, time to clean up.

al Qaeda, Taliban the Party is over, time to clean up.

As Paki goes From Counter-Terrorism to Counterinsurgency,

We will see the Taliban seperate its self from al Qaeda.
Talibans struggle is just a local problem, Afghan and Paki.

The Taliban are or will be talking to the Paki Government,
and the Paki Taiban have already refused al Qaeda in Afghan.

Causing the crack in the Taliban al Qaeda alliance.
There may have been some bombings already against Taliban leaders
    in Paki by al Qaeda.

al Qaeda is spread very thin around the world, hard core battle tested cadre
are hard to come by, aQ is running with 3 and 4th level cadre.
And anyone they can recruit else where.
al Qaeda is breaking in the other parts of the world, a few spots
a temporary flare of violence here and there but mostly police actions.

Taliban have turned on the Pakis and the new tool of terror is the Suicide
bomber, but Paki is much different than Iraq. The suicide bomber in Paki
is not the hero of Iraq, but viewed much in the same way as Westerners view
    suicide.

Taliban have a brief period of time a honey moon period with the NEW Paki
Government. The Paki Intelligence services are gearing up for a war of attrition against the Taliban if they don't make peace. And the Taliban change sides and double cross each other
like kids on a tetter totter. And with American money they have the means to influence and motivate the Taliban to rat on each other and al Qaeda eventually.

As al Qaeda treachery against the Taliban becomes know, guests turning against the host,
Taliban will start killing alQaeda and turning them in.

al Qaeda is shell of its former self, depleted cadre, and reduced to using kids and women
as suicide bombers, and tricking new recruits into becoming unknowing suicide bombers.

al Qaeda's cyber troops are in disarray, captured or killed or missing and the Taliban Internet
services are in even worse condition. Media arms almost wiped out, videos way down and even Biny and Zee have been forced to abondon real videos reduced to sound tracks on still pictures or sound tracks only, some without translation.

The terrorist media arm is broken.

They have realized the risks of the Internet, which has provided Western Intelligence access to
the most secret data and operations. The Internet has become a trap for terrorist, as they bite the dust, just disappear with the help of the CIA.

The terrorist are crippled and trying tio hide it but all the signs are there.
Biny trying to stir up the Ummah with arguments about images of Mohammad
among the unbelievers. Grasping at straws.
While the Ummah see al Qaeda killing Moslems, bombing Mosques and market places killing women and children even civilians and beheadings.

al Qaeda doesn't know what to do they have tried everything from murding Moslems, threating them, ordering them , arguing with them, talking to them, begging them.

al Qaeda has about run out of Ideas, the cartoons was the refuge of last resort.

Islam has rejected al Qaeda, Biny has no where to turn they are in their death throes, and now turning to criminals and easily influenced kids.

A cadre that will turn on them first chance they get a better offer.
