    Hague to charge American Banks

The House Financial Services committee meets. ...Image via Wikipedia

Hague to charge American Banks soon?

    Bank Lobbyist controlling Congress.
Since the Bank's toxic sub-prime paper debacle
not one new regulatory law has been
    enacted.

The Banks can still do it all over again.

The banks got $2.7 Trillion dollars
from the Feds. for their misdeeds.
( and the Republicans don't what
to give 1/3 that amount for Americans
to have access to health care. G )

    CIT Bank just lost Billions
of the taxpayer funds from the
    bail out Congress gave them.

    Since Congress is impotent
when it comes to banking regs.
    maybe the Hague Courts,
    "Crimes Against Humanity"

    Caused World Wide Depression.

    They did almost bring down
    the World Banking community.

    While the sub-prime debacle
    didn't cripple America, it did
    wound us.

    10% unemployment for USA.

    "American Banks charged
    with "Crimes against Humanity"
    in the Hague World Court."

Some one should hurry up and
    break them up before someone
    serves them.

Send the Loan Sharking Bank CEO's
    to a Grand Jury.

    Can you spell Indictments?

    If Congress won't regulate them,
maybe the Justice Dept. can arrest
    some of them?

CIT files bankruptcy, tax payers to loose Billions

CIT's move will wipe out current holders of its common and preferred stock, likely meaning the U.S. government will lose the $2.3 billion it sunk into CIT last year to prop up the ailing company.

(Jeffrey M. Peek of CIT Group, the major small-business lender now in bankruptcy, received about $100,000 RAISE this year. G)

    Congress not listening

I got an email from my congressman, about how the Bail out isn't really a bail out.

The voulme of email to congress thru its form system has been so great it brought down the server.
    UPDATE:
Server brought down by putting the bill on line:
    Read it here:

    "This webpage is not available.

The webpage at http://www.house.gov/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

The public are tired of banking industry's criminal activity and the power lobbyist weld on Congress.

Usuary interest rates while congress turns it head. Multiple million dollar Golden parachutes for failed, criminal CEOs. Sub-prime fraud and letting these real estate bonds into money markets, Where are the regulators?

This is a wake up call for congress.

    and they SNOOZE.

Congress complains the public doesn't understand,

    Its congress that doesn't understand.

There is a huge problem, and its on the HILL.

    NSA warrantless American self surveillance

    * Spy Agency Announces New Social Network Site
    NSA warrantless American self surveillance
Move over Facebook and MySpace -- the NSA is now in the social
    networking business.

This week, the NSA announced SpySpace.com -- a social networking site
developed by the NSA itself. SpySpace.com will allow ordinary Americans
to instantly share their private data with the government -- eliminating
the NSA's reliance on cumbersome requirements such as warrants.

SpySpace.com allows users to upload personal data about who their
friends are, what sites they visit, what books and newspapers they are
reading, and where they live directly into a massive database controlled
by the NSA. Messages sent though the site will be automatically copied
-- without warrants -- to a secure room controlled by the NSA.
Third party apps make it easy to tag your friends as "suspicious" or
    "unpatriotic."

Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell hailed the site's
potential. "Since Congress has so far failed to protect telecoms against
lawsuits, wholesale domestic spying is more difficult than ever.
SpySpace will give our agents the access they need to protect Americans
in their homes -- all legally, and all without warrants or other
    restrictions."

SpySpace apologist Richard Esguerra expressed enthusiasm for the new
site. "I think it's neat. I'm not doing anything wrong, so I don't have
anything to hide. And if I can save the government the few seconds it
takes to get a warrant, I'm helping my country fight evildoers."

The use of social networking sites has exploded in recent years, with
millions of people making private information public by uploading data
about their social networks, consumption habits, and travel patterns.
