Well I just looked at the site and the clip
The news is one of the coverages concerning the recent theatre of the Iranian regime which involved taking the International media to prepared quarters of prisons to put a lid on atrocities ongoing in the real quarters of the prison. This has been a repetitious tactic used all the time since 1990 , when the UN had provisioned a UN special reporter on the Human Rights situation in Iran to report to the High Commission of Human rights. This was to bring enough evidence to condemn the grave violations of Human rights by Iran, so far there have been 52 resolutions by the UN.
This time the same scene repeated at the time when many prisoners have been under torture , and the prison Union which has a spokesman outside has been condemning all these tactics.
Now here we have video that apparently talks only of positive changes of Evin prison, which costs Shadow on its intentions.
The other clips uploaded by the same person is , as it seems from official Iranian sites and media, which then again slows its credibility and it being biased.
