Senate Investigation of Wall St Banks

Some days its a Pleasure to get out of bed.


I've been pontificating about the Criminal Wall St Banks
for 5 years now.

The Michigan Democrat, who released the findings of a two- year inquiry into the 2008 financial crisis yesterday, said today in an interview with Bloomberg Television’s “Street Smart withCarol Massar and Matt Miller” that he wanted to send the report to federal prosecutors and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Lawmakers don’t have the authority to declare whether the activities were illegal, he said.
Levin said, after explaining that he thought Blankfein “attempted to mislead the Congress and I believe they did mislead their clients in very significant ways.”





The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, may be suspect: Coburn issued a statement today saying committee members have yet to decide whether to make formal referrals to Justice Department and the SEC (  ), WTF?

The Feds ( Tim Geithner, no twitter account ) were going around telling Prosecutors not to prosecute
as it would effect the financial markets. Sounds like WHORES TO ME.

Well we will be watching to see if there are any prosecutions,
or if the Obama administration follows through or Blocks it.
The Republicans gave the Wall St Bankers $700 billion in tax cuts
and we expect the GOP to try and block any investigations.
Still not a FBI agent in sight, the biggest scam in the entire history
of the world and FBI is MIA.
