Congress is corrupt, involved in Criminal conspiracy

Wall St Banking regulation bill GUTTED,

    Banks continue criminal activities.
    Lobbyists rule Congress. Obama helpless.
    Congress impotent..
Nothing fixed, Wall St Banks remain
    a National security risk.
Big banks are now allowed to gamble
    with MORE depositors money  than
    before this bill.

Banks P&L to stay the same,
    moves more risk to taxpayers,
Bank stocks up on news of the
    Regulation ( sic) Bill.
U.S. Bancorp rose 80 cents, or 3.5 percent, to $23.41,
while Bank of America climbed 57 cents, or 3.8 percent, to $15.59.
Goldman Sachs rose $4.87, or 3.6 percent, to $139.85 and
JPMorgan advanced $1.31, or 3.4 percent, to $39.34.

Not only have they not regulated
the banks, congress gave the Wall
St Banks more freedom to risk
depositors funds,  up to 40% of deposits
    for some banks.

And congress is doing this in broad day
    light, in front of everyone.
At what point does congresses sell
out to the Wall St Banks become
    collusion  in criminal conspiracy to
    defraud the American public?

    Opportunity: done in public.
    Motive: billions in political donations/bribes.

    And Obama ?

Obama claims victory in financial overhaul deal

    ( BS,G)

    Sad so very sad.

    The banks are stealing money
    without a gun or mask.
    They use congress to rewrite
the laws so the Wall St Banks
    can steal legally.
Its just fraud at its highest level.
    Congress is corrupt, involved in
    Criminal conspiracy with Wall
    St Banks to defraud
    the American public and paying
off congressmen in public with legal
    bribes. Millions of dollars.
