This can't be true, miranda rights apply to US

citizens, not terrorist caught on a battle field in

Afghan.

They have no constutional right to that warning,

and the lack of the warning would not preclude

prosecution.

I'm with holding the "Heads up their ass" award

till I get confirmation. The website may be the winner.
