H Clinton confused on Cyber Security?

Boy I was excited about White House and the
new cyber effort, boy was I disappointed.

The meeting abounded with half truths,
    and mis information.

And did not address the threat.
    Sorely dissapointed.

Howard Schmidt, the White House cybersecurity coordinator

Howard Schmidt, the White House cybersecurity coordinator
has the paradigm upside down,  tasked with coordinating
the country's response to cyber threats, and he IS NOT.
He told National Journal that a few sensational events make
the overall cyber threat seem worse than it really is.

    HE REALLY SAID THAT.

Its like saying a few nuclear bombs make the WMD
threat seem worse than it really is.

He has washed his hands of the problem.
Like ignoring it will make USA safe.

Statements like "White House made it clear the U.S.
will use its military might to strike back if it comes under
a cyberattack that threatens national security."

Are just ludicrous, most attacks are anonymous
and untraceable, the statement is nonsense.

His guidance leaves me shaking my head.
His advise leaves me believing he lacks
even a rudimentary understanding of the
    cyber attacks US is facing.

"And they are also grasping for ways to crack down on hackers and other cyber criminals and terrorists who are routinely using the Internet to steal money, ferret out classified secrets and technology, and disturb or destroy critical infrastructure, ranging from the electrical grid and telecommunications networks to nuclear power plants and transportation systems."

    And these are:
"overall cyber threat seem worse than it really is."
"destroy critical infrastructure, ranging from the electrical grid and telecommunications networks to nuclear power plants and transportation systems."

Howard Schmidt needs to be replaced as soon as possible
with someone who understands the threat is real and
    EQUAL to a WMD.

Imagine a sutxnet child turned loose on US
    electrical grid.
Or nuclear power plant cooling systems.
    Fukushima times 10 plants.

Obama has made a serious error in appointing
Howard Schmidt, White House cybersecurity coordinator.
"Cyber attacks are risk of doing Business."

They are NOT an acceptable risk.
    They threaten civilization.

And he is passing the buck.

    There is a NEW

    US Cyber offensive paradigm.

"we now have all the tools, and in working proof of concept."

NSA has admitted there is no security even for their network.
The US networks are not secure and there are a dozen countries working
on the son of Stuxnet, its coming, and this guy is asleep at the switch.

And this guy says the risk seems worse than it really is.

    Somebody fire him.
