    Russian's train pirates

Russian forces have released 10 Somali pirates captured during a military operation to free an oil tanker this week, reversing an earlier pledge by President Dmitry Medvedev to punish them "Under the full force of naval law". ( Released in small boat in middle of ocean, certain death, G)

...also suggested that the cost of prosecution and subsequent imprisonment was a factor. "Why should we feed some pirates?"

"Perhaps we should return to the idea of creating an international court and other judicial instruments," Medvedev was quoted by the Interfax news agency as saying. "Until we get that, we'll have to do what our predecessors have done when they have encountered pirates."
     SOURCE:

    OLD NAVAL LAW
In the early 1800's there was rampant piracy.
They started hanging pirates when they caught them
and by 1830 piracy ended. ( 200 to 300 hanged every
    year. G )

The Russians are training the Pirates.
Russia has sent a clear message, hijack a Russian ship
    and they will KILL YOU.

The pirates will quit Russian ships ...
Russians have Trained pirates not to attack Russian
ships under pain of DEATH, it seems to work.

    PIRATES DEATH WISH.
