Banks to be taxed for criminal fraud.

The Banks created close to a world wide

financial melt down, with the toxic paper

fraud.

Got 3 trillion dollar bail out.

Got LOANSHARKING legalized,

460% paydqy loans and 30%

on credit cards, while they barrow

from the FEDS at 1/2 of 1% interest rate.
and pay saving accounts 2% interest
and Government guarantees on those
deposits they gamble with.

And pay their CEO's 

$17, 000,000 seventeen million dollar

yearly bonus.

And 8.5 million Americans were unemployed

from the toxic paper debacle.
And loss of millions of homes and bankruptcys.

Not to mention the rest of the worlds

stock market's tanking and massive

unemployment.

But its OK the Banks will pay

a Tax of $1.5 billion each.
They got a $3 trillion bail out.

This is a GREAT NEW PARADIGM.

Taxing criminal enterprises, and allow 

them to continue operating.

We should tax the Drug cartels,

also in the same way, collect tax
and allow them to continue with
their criminal activities.

Maybe the Drug Cartels and Banks

could hook up and to spread

the legalized LOANSHARKING?
Drug lords would like 460% vig.
and they have no place for their money
any way.

And the Banks could offer HEROIN

AT THE ATM's.
