al Qaeda cult's Master plan, ISN'T

Did Al Qaeda Trigger the Wall Street Panic?

    Non-sense, utter non-sense. Gerald.

    Linda R. Monk, J.D.

Bin Laden's rationale is new, but the threat is not. In 2006, Lawrence Wright wrote "The Master Plan," an article for the New Yorker that set forth a detailed outline of al Qaeda's strategic goals. The article was based on a book by Fouad Hussein, a radical Jordanian journalist, who befriended Abu Musab al Zarqawi in jail, before Zarqawi went on to become the leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq. Entitled Al-Zarqawi: The Second Generation of Al Qaeda,Hussein's flattering portrait of the butcher of Baghdad, known for his beheadings, also used numerous high-ranking sources in al Qaeda to lay out a strategic plan for the group that would have been the envy of any corporate consultant.
In light of the recently expanded war in Afghanistan and Wall Street's meltdown in 2008, stage four of the six-part plan is especially chilling. According to Wright, "America's power will deteriorate through the constant expansion of the circle of confrontation." Adds Hussein: "By then, Al Qaeda will have completed its electronic capabilities, and it will be time to use them to launch electronic attacks to undermine the U.S. economy." At that point, says Wright, "Islamists will promote the idea of using gold as the international medium of exchange, leading to the collapse of the dollar."
    SOURCE:
JEEZE SO MUCH BULL, I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. THE AL QAEDA CULT DOESN'T HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO LAUNCH "ELECTRONIC ATTACKS",
WE TOOK OUT THE LAST ONE BEFORE THE ATTACK.

NOR DO THEY HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE TO UNDERMINE THE US ECONOMY, ( NOW US BANKS ARE A DIFFERENT QUESTION, THEY HAVE UNDERMINED THE US ECONOMY . ) IF THE ISLAMISTS ( ITS NOT ISLAMISTS THAT ARE THE TERRORISTS, IT SOUNDS RACIAL. ISLAM IS NOT A THREAT ) WERE TO CONVERT TO GOLD AS THE INTERNATIONAL MEDIUM OF EXCHANGE THE WORLD SYSTEM WOULD COLLAPSE. THERE ISN'T ENOUGH GOLD IN THE WORLD TO ACT AS CURRENCY, ALL UTTER NON-SENSE, G
It is entirely possible that al Qaeda exploited the financial bubble in the global economy to trigger the catastrophe on Wall Street and the global economy in 2008.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE, NON-SENSE, THE US BANKS DID THIS ALL BY THEMSELVES, THE AL QAEDA CULT HAS NEITHER THE MEANS NOR THE CAPABILITY TO TRIGGER ECONOMIC CATASTROPHE SHORT OF A WMD. G
Sophisticated trades involving airline stocks accompanied the 9-11 attacks, and al Qaeda has a financial arm that the U.S. government has been trying to shut down. But these days the mere threat of an attack is enough to create a panic in the markets or another liquidity crisis. The complex system of derivatives at the heart of the previous crisis makes it impossible to build a firewall in the economy to contain the damage.
GOBBLY GOOK; SOME PUTS WERE TRADED PRE 911 AND THROUGHLY INVESTIGATED, NOTHING TO DO WITH THE AQ CULT.
THERE ARE MONTHLY THREATS AND ACTUAL ATTACKS NON OF WHICH CAUSED A MARKET PANIC, AND NOTHING TO DO WITH A LIQUIDITY CRISIS, UTTER NON-SENSE.
WHAT TO HELL DOES AL QAEDA CULT HAVE TO DO WITH DERIVATIVES?
THE HEDGE FUNDS MIGHT TAKE DOWN THE SYSTEM WITH DERIVATIVES BUT
    AL QAEDA CULT HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE COMPLICATED WORLD OF DERIVATIVES;
    AND NEITHER DOES

Linda R. Monk  IS MOUTHING ALOT OF NON-SENSE HE HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF.

TRYING TO SPREAD FEAR MONGERING WITH NON-SENSE.
THIS IS ALL LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF THE ISSUES AND FUNCTIONS
OF THE MARKET AND THE AL QAEDA CULTS CAPABILITIES..

    MORE:
The al Qaeda cult has talked of damaging the US economy by
using a few squads to attract an entire Army to fight them.
    This paradigm is well known.
    US GWOT paradigm.

The Military and  Intelligence complex  are working out
    a paradigm for terrorism.

Terrorism has been with the world since before WWII,
and it will be with the world for many years to come.

But the current form of terrorism is different for
    three reasons.

#1) The advent of the WWW has opened up new vistas
    for C2, recruiting and fanicing.

#2) The resruction of suicide bombers and non State
    use of WMD potential.

#3) The use of a religion, Islam, for Info War ops.

The war in Iraq and Afghanistan point to problematic issues.
The USA in taking on those Governments was very successful
in the defeat of those respective Militarys.

The USA was at war with fixed defenses, and beat them soundly.

Against the Taliban in Afghan it was a few CIA agents and planes
VS the Fixed Taliban Army and Government.
In Iraq it was more of a Military operation against fixed forces.

And now the US is the fixed Army in Afghan, and running into difficulties.

US ran an insurgency campaign against the Taliban Government in Afghan
And now the US is experiencing an Insurgency against its fixed forces.

An Insurgency is much cheaper and more effective against fixed targets.

And may prove to be the method of choice in fighting spreading terrorism.

Bin laden has said he can send a man to the end of the Earth and raise an
al Qaeda flag and the USA will send a General to that area.

He was expressing the difference in cost between sending a Man vs a American
    General ( an ARMY ).

A single heavy weapons squad can make the noise of a big insurgency
when in fact they are not. They hook up with the criminal element and they
have an instant loud news worthy insurgency for a very small cost on all levels.

The most effective response to such "insurgencys" may be CIA hit teams,
backed by drones, much cheaper than sending in a Fixed army and more effective.

We have some paradigms to run tests with, Mexico is a drug insurgency without
    any religious cover.
Afghan is a insurgency using drugs for fanicing and a religious cover.

The methods for fighting this insurgency by both respective governments
should give some metrics to work with to form more useful, effective paradigms
cheaper than sending in an Army..
