Prosecutors team needs a Islamic Expert

Trial of the Terrorist in NY city.

The prosecutors need to understand this is a trial

to convict them of Murder, but also

this is a hearing in the Court of World opinion.

And Islam will be listening with a "different"

ear.

While the prosecutors will be keyed to

establishing the evidence for conviction,

that alone could turn this into a big win

for the Terrorist.

Islam will be listening for violations

against the Koran and Allah.

If the right questions are not asked

the prosecutors could get a criminal conviction

while the Terrorist gain a religious win,

Martyrdom.

What the terrorist did is not Islam.

But just as in the American system,

the right Islamic questions must be asked

and answered to strip these terrorist

of any grounds for Islamic justification

for their actions.

THEY MUST BE CONVICTED UNDER

AMERICAN CRIMINAL LAWS AND

shown to have violated ISLAMIC LAWS,

against Allah and the Koran..

Now I don't mean convene an Islamic

court, but I mean those key questions

must be asked to strip the terrorist

of any religious justification, and

hopefully condemn them under

an Islamic justification also.

That would be a win in the American

Criminal Justice System and a win

in the Court of World opinion.

I do not fear what the Terrorist say

I fear not answering their lies.
