That says either the Taliban or al Qaeda has contact with the Russian
Business Net, NO, but they are close, if they don't already.
Would the RBN sell software to Biny? Or only provide
services? And keep the software.
Paradigm intel says that would depend on what
they want to do and price.
I don't think the RBN would cut their own throats.
But they would try and bleed the bad guys.
He may have found a very important vector.
Worth a deep dive.
