CIA TIP PAGE USELESS

UPDATE: THE FORM TAKES URLs NOW.
But you can't write something in a text editor like "notepad" and the cut and paste it, the form deletes it... still usless..
WE have recieved many complaints about the CIA tips page, it is close to usless.
It is so limited, it rejects most messages, deletes text , if some unknown leter or key is used.

I've tried to use it 3X and message would not send....
update 5x NOW. REFUSES TEXT, IF YOU CUT AND PASTE...

Foriegn language page:

Won't allow using the Arabic page, even if you write Arabic.. if your PC is set to English..still
