What does Binny have left to say, he is not going to surrender, he can't just quit, he has to talk truce...till USA figures it out.

I don't think he has many friends, most dead, and certainly no visitors, living in a cave or squalor compared what he is used to, maybe a radio, some limited elect. and out side plumbing.
Food of the local gentry, and seldom outside in daylight.

And he can't leave the cave or house?, for fear of being recognized, or a satellite spotting him.

No phone or Internet.
MAYBE IF HE STOPPED ALL AQ OPS FOR A WEEK, MONTH TO SHOW HIS POWER, USA WOULD NOTICE, MAYBE TALK.
