Small town Independent Banks not safe from CC fraud.
Its been brought to out attention that a small town
Independent bank was issuing credit cards.
Before customer got the card, one day before,
the newly issued unused card came with
$178 worth of charges.
The unauthorized charges came from
Cash.com for $19.00
and from
USA Credit for $149.95
This means the banking credit card system
has been hacked, and the PIN and credit card
number intercepted the day of issue.
And charges billed against the card.
The banking system has been penetrated to
the extent that the encrypted system used
for PIN numbers and separate from the CC
numbers is open to hackers.
MORE developing.
We have seen copies of the notice,
and banking officials have canceled the cards.
The banks are not secure.
The Banking Mafia has been penetrated
by the Credit Card thieves.
This is very disturbing.
