Al-jinan group back up to no good

Al-jinan.org was hosted on a U.S. server, although the name server was hosted by Ibtekarat, a Web hosting company out of Beirut. This setup allowed the bad guys to create cross-jurisdictional confusion and the site was operating for over four years without any apparent interference from law enforcement.
