Paki and the Great Game.
Lest we forget Paki has been playing the great game since 1813. (USA was involved in the war of 1812, the second American Revolution, when Paki started playing Great Game in the next year 1813. ) The classic Great Game period is generally regarded as running approximately from the Russo-Persian Treaty of 1813 to the Anglo-Russian Convention of 1907.
I suspect the Great Game never quit for Pakistan.
And that means they have been playing for 9 or 10 generations.
USA was shooting cannon at the British in the Great Lakes when they first started the Great Game.
The Paki papers don't call them 'terrorists', they call them 'miscreants'.( Maybe thats a branch of Shia? )
Current value of the Great Game $10 billion usd, what the USA has paid Paki.
Pakistan "not looking for Bin Laden."
Paradigm shift:
Musharraf left Paki at the start of a major push of the Army against the Taliban.
That means something very good, very bad or nothing, which isn't significant.
How ever the paradigm are of interest, advance warning.
Really Good: He left the country to turn loose even more crack troops ( His protection Army ) against Tali.
Really Bad: Something wicked this way comes.
Nothing: CIA gave him some Intel about assassination attempt, eaiser to protect him removed from the threat.
Ok 3 in place lets set back and watch what develops.
We foresee a huge great surge.

Baitullah warns govt against entering his area
By Alamgir Bhittani
TANK, Jan 21: As troops continued their attacks on militants' positions in South Waziristan Agency, chief of the so-called Pakistan Tehreek-i-Taliban Baitullah Mehsud warned of serious repercussions if the military operations were not stopped.
A man, who identified himself on telephone as Maulvi Umar and claimed to be Baitullah's spokesman, said: "The government wants to enter the Mehsud area by force. But it must take into account the consequences of such a harsh action."
He accused security forces of 'killing innocent people' and 'damaging their homes' and warned that the government would have to "pay a heavy price".
Sources said that security forces shelled the house of militant leader Asmatullah Shaheen in Khech Kali in the Frontier Region of Jandola on Monday, injuring a woman and a child. Local people said that the building had been hit by four artillery shells.
Several houses were damaged in attacks in Makin, Birwand, Chegmalai and Wala in the Mehsud area, damaging several houses. In Makin, a shell hit a house, killing a man and wounding another.
Meanwhile, a jirga of the Mehsud tribe has urged the government to free seven supporters of Baitullah and halt the military operation. The jirga was held in Tank on Monday.
The jirga criticised the damage caused by the shelling and urged the government to initiate efforts for a ceasefire. The jirga also called for lifting a ban on supply of food to the Mehsud area.

Who is this Ingorent fool trying to act eductaed and sauave but as soon as they jot down their words their ignorence pops up like a mole on a pretty girls face. I mean 1800s and Pakistan. Are you kidding me? Pakistan came to being in 1947.It was Indian subcontinent before that was Under British rule. To claim Pakistan has been playing these games in 1800s is just unbeleviable and just shows the shallowness of your litracy. Also calling Wahabi/Salafi/Deobandi fighters of Al Qaida or Taliban as Shias is like calling KKK as Black Panthers. If Pakistan army calls them miscreants or bumblebees, it
doesnt matter they are still Wahabi/Salafi/Deobandi Terrorits and not Shias since they consider Shias as heretice.
For God sakes, atleast do a little bit of reading before posting. Now a days every fool thinks they can post. You should have stayed at highschool buddy.
I suggest you do some reading:
From the British perspective, the Russian Empire's expansion into Central Asia threatened to destroy the "jewel in the crown" of the British Empire, India. As the Tsar's troops began to subdue one khanate after another, the British feared that Afghanistan would become a staging post for a Russian invasion of India.
It was with these thoughts in mind that in 1838 the British launched the First Anglo-Afghan War and attempted to impose a puppet regime under Shuja Shah. The regime was short lived, and unsustainable without British military support. By 1842, mobs were attacking the British on the streets of Kabul and the British garrison was forced to abandon Kabul due to constant civilian attacks.
The retreating British column consisted of approximately 4,500 regular British troops, 12,000 Hindu soldiers of the British Army, and support staff. During a series of attacks by Afghan warriors, all but one, Dr William Brydon, were killed on the march back to India. Dr Brydon was, with one of his servants, allowed to go free in order to deliver the message of the destruction of the British force in Afghanistan.
They were not called Paki's
then but it was same clans, tribes etc.
I see you missed the Shia "joke" I'm not confusing Sunni with Shia, I'm making a joke.
