CIA TIP PAGE ( still ) USELESS

We did a post awhile back about the CIA tip page not functoning.
They changed it to accept URL's.

But you cannot write something even in "Note pad" and cut and paste it.
Let alone cut and paste from other sources.

Sloppy work, and this isn't a security risk as its just text.

Either CIA IT doesn't know what its doing or someone is lazy and just doesn't want any tips.

We have tried to use it 5X now and it just erases our message.
Convenient if you don't want to hear from the public, or read messages.
Sad if your job is to protect USA.
