Totally there are 18 provinces [muhafazah] in iraq, ISI are first focusing in the above mentioned provinces firstly and then there will expand their state to other provinces, once the occupiers and americans leave the country...
ISI operates in the 8 province mainly but they also operate their operation in other provinces like: AL-Muthanna, Al-Qadisiyyah, As-Sulaymaniyyah, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Al-Basrah, An-Najaf, Dahuk...

In the 8 provinces [Baghdad, Anbar, Diyala, Kirkuk, Salahudeen, Ninawa, Babil and Wasit] where ISI has establish an islamic state there are 49 district...
The district names are as follows:
Baghdad; Adhamiya, Salah ad-Din; Al-Daur, Al-Faris, Al-Shirqat, Baiji, Balad, Samarra, Tikrit, Tooz, Diyala; Al-Khalis, Al-Muqdadiya, Baladrooz, Ba'quba, Khanaqin, Kifri, Wasit; Al-Hai, Al-Na'maniya, Al-Suwaira, Badra, Kut, Babil; Al-Mada'in, Al-Mahawil, Al-Musayab, Hashimiya, Hilla, Mahmudiya, Al-Anbar; Abu Ghraib, Al-Ka'im, Al-Rutba, Ana, Falluja, Haditha, Heet, Kadhimiya, Ramadi, Ninawa; Akre, Al-Ba'aj, Al-Hamdaniya, Al-Shikhan, Hatra, Mosul, Shekhan, Sinjar, Telafar, Tilkaif, Kirkuk also known as At-Ta'mim; Al-Hawiga, Daquq, Kirkuk, Makhmur...
In all these 49 districts ISI has their fighters and leaders, ministers and their shariaah mahkam [office]...
In most of the district which I have mentioned above, ISI has a good controll and the residence of these districts have they own pass made by ISI... All the womens wear their hijaab and all music/film has been banned... Hardly you are able to hear anyone listening to music and etc...
Everyone trying their best to go according the shariaah law... In some places their are no mujahideens but the people happily abide the shariaah... And upon seeing the mujahideens of ISI their greet them and aid them...
People are helping ISI to find the criminal and to establish the shariaah laws... People are leading ISI to the bases and houses of the gangsters.. People are also helping ISI to low the general crimes through out the provinces...
The place where I live [diyala province], I have met fighters of AAS, IAI, JAM, ABR, 1920 RB and other fighters, these groups fighters are helping ISI physically aswell as materially.... I met an IAI figher few weeks ago and he told me he supports ISI and he says that he wants an Islamic state all over iraq... As I met a fighter of 1920 RB before ramadhan and he told me that he wanted to join ISI.. And now he is fighting the crusaders in Ba'quba under the flag of islamic state...
As for the videos of al-furqaan, there are going to be some releases in a week or two... As I also give gladtidings to the nation of islaam and jihad that there is going to be an wonderful upcoming release from al-furqaan very soon, beiznillah....SOURCE:
