RESPONSE;
It would be GULLIBLE & NAIVE to assume that NSA
would share key secret al qaeda operations that continue
to snare terrorists, NSA doesn't share any more with 
courts than absolute necessary, courts only grant approval
for certain tools use, they do not get access to operations or
results, NSA is NOT going to out themselves about on going
operations that catch terrorists.
Courts Gov Agencys have limited access, "courts and boards that said it have access to classified information."
That does not mean they have access to ALL classified
info.
