Nidal Malik Hasan, no death penalty.
He may be subject to the death penalty.
I'm against killing him.
16 life sentences in a Military Prison
sounds much better.
Of course many prisoners will want to
kill him, so for his protection
the Military will have to keep him in solitary
confinement.
FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE....
That feels like justice.
