Printer bomb dry run for Dirty bomb?

Getting ahead of the Terrorist Paradigm.

Its much easier said than done.
But let us work up our own Paradigm on them.

They have had several failures trying to

strike at US in America.

The FBI is doing a hell of a job,

in-conjunction with NSA.

Americans have lost all privacy in

the effort.

Al Qaeda had given up on using 

human bombers this time with the

printer.

But they have run up against the 

limits wall.

They need about 3 snicker candy bars
size of PETN and that won't fit into a cell

phone. Even in powered form.

They need a cell phone or guts of

one to remote detonate it,  cell phones

are their method of choice.

Now I'm going to take this to the

worst case scenario currently possible.

PETN sealed in a working PC,

by working I mean the screen lights

up when its turned on.

There is a new technology using 

a UBS port to plug your cell phone

into a PC, to make your PC do things by cell
phone. A signal alarm when Wifi available,
or ignite something.

And its just become public today there is:

Highly enriched uranium that could be used to make a nuclear bomb is on sale on the black market along the fringes of the former Soviet Union, according to evidence emerging from a secret trial in Georgia.

The uranium sample that Sumbat Tonoyan and Hrant Ohanyan were peddling is thought to have been stolen several years ago. US tests have confirmed it is 89.4% enriched, usable in a nuclear warhead. The Armenians only had 18 grams, but had been told by their supplier in Armenia that much more was available.

It is the third time in seven years HEU has been intercepted in Georgia. 

They thought they were selling their 18g sample to a representative of an Islamist group as a precursor to a bigger consignment. But the buyer was an undercover police officer.

It is surprisingly easy and safe to handle. It is so mildly radioactive that small amounts can be held with bare hands or smuggled in an ordinary bag. A minimal amount of shielding, with lead for example, would stop it triggering a radiation sensor.

In one case, a Russian naval officer walked through a hole in the fence at a military base, snapped the padlock on a shed, put several kilograms of HEU in his backpack, before walking out unchallenged. A military prosecutor concluded that "potatoes were guarded better".

I would expect cell phones to be banned on all

commercial flights as carry on eventually.

After the Butt bomber I'm just glad we don't

have to bend over to fly.

If they can get trained people into the USA,

that Printer bomb could be mailed from any

where in Conus, to any where in conus.

As long as the 3 Credit agencys continue

to ignore their power to end ID theft, Money

Mule operations continue to be a major security threat.

The 3 credit agencys currently charge $10 a month

for life to notify you about any unusual credit card

authorizations on your card. 

If you don't pay to get the info on your own 

account they just won't tell you. Which allows

Money Mules and ID theft to thrive.

The cost to the Credit agencys is an automated

email to you, almost zero cost.

But the Credit agencys see the money they

can make off credit card theft.

$90 a month, Equals over $19,000 for 18 yrs. Just to send
you an email about YOUR records, and unusual CC 
entries, they make huge profits off ID theft and CC
fraud.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke said the central bank must focus on the U.S. rather than overseas economies when trying to spur the recovery by purchasing an additional $600 billion in Treasuries.

“It’s our problem as well if the U.S. is no longer certain that the old recipes don’t work anymore,” German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said yesterday in Berlin. The Fed’s injection of $600 billion was “clueless” and won’t revive growth, he said.

Brazil’s central bank president, Henrique Meirelles, said “excess liquidity” in the U.S. economy is creating “risks for everyone.” In China, Vice Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai said “many countries are worried about the impact of the policy on their economies.” He also said the U.S. “owes us some explanation on their decision on quantitative easing.”

Stocks capped their best week in two months, with the MSCI World Index and Standard & Poor’s 500 Index up more than 3.4 percent each, after the Fed pledged on Nov. 3 to buy as much as $600 billion of Treasuries through June to boost the economy.

“We are showing insufficient stimulus,” Bernanke said yesterday in his remarks, mostly in response to questions. Asset purchases have “the goal of reducing interest rates, providing more stimulus to the economy and, we hope, creating a faster recovery and an inflation rate consistent with long-run stability,” Bernanke said to students.

Referring to the policy of so-called quantitative easing, Bernanke said, “we will be reviewing that regularly to see if it is working, to see how the outlook is changing.”

‘Dangerous Signs’

The Fed’s support for asset values isn’t helping the “real” economy, and is creating “dangerous signs of a potential free fall” in the dollar and will be unsustainable, Burry said in an interview.

The Federal Reserve move is suspect, this has never been done
in these quantities. $600 Billion, to compare, the health care plan

is $700 billion over 10 yrs, and the Billionaires tax break is also

$700 billion.

But what is the Fed doing exactly?

Well one arm of the Government, the Treasury is selling Treasury bills on the

open market, and the other arm of the Government the Federal reserve is

buying $600 Billion of those same treasurys through the Central Bank.

The Right hand is selling and the left hand is buying,
no real ownership change, they just took the $600B Treasurys 

off the market. With smoke and mirrors.

But this will reduce the pressure on the Dollar.

This looks bad for the Dollar.

And suggests problems with the open market

sales of Treasurys. Which doesn't instill confidence.
If this is a near one time event, the markets should
be able to understand and ride it out.

Bernanke is dancing in a mine field.

I hope this works but its unknown territory.

This gives us some idea how serious the

high US debt is.

The Republicans want to kill a few thousand

poor to help balance the Debt, rather

than inconvenience a few Billionaires.

WASHINGTON — As they seek to make good on their campaign promise to roll back President Obama’s health care overhaul, the incoming Republican leaders in the House say they intend to use their new muscle to cut off money for the law, setting up a series of partisan clashes and testing Democratic commitment to the legislation.

The House Republican whip, Representative Eric Cantor of Virginia, described the strategy this way: “If all of Obamacare cannot be immediately repealed, then it is my intention to begin repealing it piece by piece, blocking funding for its implementation and blocking the issuance of the regulations necessary to implement it.”

“In short,” Mr. Cantor said, “it is my intention to use every tool at our disposal to achieve full repeal of Obamacare.”

The Senate Republican leader, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, said he, too, wanted to shut off money for the new law.

House Republicans could easily pass similar provisos stating that no federal money could be used to carry out specific sections of the new health care law.

And that is where House Republicans see an opportunity to assert their influence, with a real possibility of a stalemate.

The House Republicans’ campaign manifesto proposed “strict budget caps” that would cut spending for most domestic programs subject to annual appropriations.

( Killing the Health Care program will save $700 Billion over the next 10 yrs.

Saving $700 billion is good. Isn't it? G )

My paranoia is in full alert. Some how I question
the Republican motives, I know I used to be Republican,

If they truly want to cut the budget.

If they want to cut $700 Billion from the Budget,

why don't they repeal the Tax breaks for the Billionaires.

That will save $700 Billion this year.

And repealing the TAX break for Billionaires means

NO Americans have to die. You know the Millionaires
still get to keep their tax breaks.
Just the $1,000,000,000.00s
would loose tax breaks.

Repealing the health care program means some

poor will DIE.

But is that so bad?

The poor don't vote,

they don't make political contributions.

I mean what do they contribute?

If it means the Billionaires get to keep

the $700 billion, then that must be a good

trade off, few thousand dead poor.

I mean the Republicans are't

heartless greedy Old Bastards, 

they are the "Grand Old Party".

And they need the money to keep

the PARTY GOING.

Trust in Government has evaporated,

Washington has lost its bearings.

The Republicans are making their

HISTORICAL BED, I LEAVE

THEM TO SLEEP IN IT.

It seems that the UPS/FEDEX attack has historical roots and much more sinister tactics than have been disclosed.

The address names on the UPS and FEDEX package were Pierre l'Ermite and Diego Gelmírez and the street address was that of only one synagogue in Chicago. ( ERROR IT WAS TWO,G ) Whom are they?

Pierre l'Ermite, is AKA Peter the Hermit, 1050-1115, a French monk. In 1095 he instigated the First Crusade.  With help from the Byzantine emperor Alexius I he and his irregular band took Jerusalem.

Diego Gelmírez of Santiago de Compostela conceived of a N African invasion route intending to unite the reconquest of Spain (from Muslims) with the Crusades to the Holy Land, forming a single Mediterranean-wide crusading theatre.  He was one of the most famous Spanish monk-warriors leading the expulsion of Muslims from Spain. 

Why a package on two different carriers?   To increase the chance of success in case one was discovered, and, to double the potential effect of a tactic that would likely be closed off after the attack. 

There were three layers of detonation. 

SIM card Nokia phones were programmed to answer a call and detonate.  With both packages sent simultaneously by different carriers, they would arrive in the skies over Chicago on two different planes.  Knowing the packages "tracking number" and with online, easy access to arrival times, it would be easy for a caller to keep calling the detonator phone while the two planes flew into Chicago, hoping to down them over the city, causing great destruction below. 

They knew approximately when the onboard package-carrying planes would be landing.  By simple calculation, the plotters walked that time backward to the final approach time over Chicago and programmed/wired the phones to detonate using the alarm clock feature. 

Finally, if both of those methods failed, detonation would occur at the delivery site, a Jewish synagogue, as soon as the printer was plugged in. ( We reported this feature form our Paradign Intel, G )

No way to stop the attack, no exposure to operatives, no hijackers needed, brilliant and efficient tactics, low cost with massive results.  The attack would be thought of as an accident until the second plane blew up, allowing operatives to escape.

Obviously we have a highly capable, educated and thinking enemy.  The Jihadists are highly aware of their place in history and seek muslim hero status.  The current media portrayal of inept amateurs, driven by our government sources is, to say the least, highly underspoken.

We fail to understand the historical context and haven't even developed a data base of historic enemies of Islam that could be cross checked against passenger lists and shippers.  How could we not have an overwatch that sounds alarms when anything is sent from Yemen to any synagogue in the US?

Clearly the Jihadist are much more nimble and creative than we are.  We continue to be unable to put ourselves into the minds of Jihadists and we remain reactive rather than proactive.  This attack could have worked, attack by proxy.  We can't keep counting on luck or self-serving allies to save us

It still looks like they were using

This time there is to be no nation building, they have taken out

90% of the leadership and just pull out, using drones to hunt 

the remaining 10%.

There have been very few civilian deaths from the war,

but many die from lack of services.

A few of the autos from the 1950's still work , and the country

has been removed back to the 1950's technology.

And the banking system has been wiped out, all PC's

toasted, and only a few land lines without chips working.

US Forces estimate Uran will be functioning on a subsistence

level for 5 years, and will take 10 to 15 years to build the country

back to the 2010 levels.
Total Cost about same as one month of Afghan ops.

All nuclear buildings have been destroyed. Above and
underground.

And once Uran is down US turns to healing its wounds.

Drones continue to fly over Uran hunting for leaders for

the next 5 years.

Thats how cyber forces integrate with conventional forces

during war time.

hats and WHITE HATS.

A lot to chew on well worth the watch.
